We enjoyed our stay - great view overlooking the water and nice, clean apartment.

The house was great for a few night stay. It was a little hard to find at first as it was down hill and tucked in behind another house. Once we found the house, it was easy to check in. Very close to the beach and within 10 minute driving distance to stores and restaurants.

Very clean place…beautiful view felt like home…we lost powers he night of New Year’s Eve and margarita was very responsible in reach out to us letting me know where she had battery operating flashlight and also a battery operated fan…called and asked if check in was a breeze and if we needed anything else in our air bnb…I honestly recommend margaritas place I will deff be booking again with her. It is a very secured gated community and not just anyone can come in our out that was one of my favorite things.

Carmen’s place was as described, very clean, and close to all the activities we wanted to do. The view was a bonus! We were able to get great sleep, bed was comfy and area was quiet. My favorite amenities included the hair blow dryer, all the beach gadgets (including sunscreen/bug spray), and the coffee maker (combo kcup/ground coffee). The apartment felt very safe and exclusive as you need a badge to get through the gated area. This is a great place to stay if you are interested in exploring the different islands near by.

Rosie’s place was delightful. Her instructions were clear and the pictures made it easy to find and check in. There were many amenities provided such as beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for beach trips. There is private parking and a washer and dryer. She also has plenty of storage space for clothes for anyone that wants to unpack for a longer stay. The space is perfect for two people. The only downside was the temperature of the shower and pressure as I like hot showers after a long day but it’s not a deal breaker by any means. I also might add a night lamp in the bed area for the evenings. We loved staying here as there were many cute touches and it’s made it very homey. The location is very practical for those who want to explore the Fajardo area or even as a jumping off point to take the ferry to culebra/vieques. We did that on a Thursday morning and it took us about 30 mins to get to the ferry. A very easy and fun day trip! I highly recommend this stay.

Wow. Just wow. This place is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with insane 22nd-floor views—ocean, islands, sunrises that look straight out of a movie. The studio? Spotless. Cozy. Sleek. Comfy bed, solid kitchen setup, and a clean bathroom! Waking up here? Unreal. Then there’s the pool—after a day of hiking El Yunque or kayaking the glowing bay, that water hits different. Location? Prime. Need a car in my opinion to get to things, but everything is a short drive away. And the hosts? Absolute pros. Responsive, helpful, and genuinely awesome. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or just to wake up to paradise, this spot delivers. 5 stars, all day. Would I come back? In a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a great stay! It’s just as nice as the pictures. Security was very pleasant and helpful showing us how to use the elevators. Local area has several restaurants to choose from without driving too far. Not much to do at night during the week. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place!
