Beautiful home in a great location in Rincon. Fabulous backyard for relaxing and pool hangs and walking distance to a wonderful swimming beach. We were provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay for our first family vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Our party of two had a wonderful three night stay in this comfortable 2BR combo. It is located just a few minutes south of town and offers great access to everything in the area. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and we would book with them again (either at this location or another) without hesitation.

The only regret I have from booking The Nest at CrashBoat, is not booking longer! Our stay has been nothing short of magical! CrashBoat beach is absolutely beautiful and being able to stay right on the beach is amazing! The space is well thought out. Everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach is provided! The bed was super comfy and space cool and comfy at night. Our hosts provided nice beach chairs and a cooler for hanging out on the beach all day. The outdoor space is beautiful and so relaxing in the evening! I can’t wait to come back!

This was our second consecutive stay at this property (previous review March 2024) & we were happy to come back! Johanna is an awesome host & was always prompt in responding to any inquiries we had. Since we had been here before, we knew the layout of the house & the neighborhood. The house is basic, not ornate, but we had what we needed, including welcomed bedroom air conditioners. The view on the ocean side of the house is spectacular…open the door in the morning & walk out to a gorgeous view of the ocean; open the back door & walk out to view a typical rural Puerto Rican neighborhood. Roosters crow starting in the middle of the night…you get used to them. We loved sitting on the ocean side watching waves, surfers, beach walkers, & just soaking up the sunshine. There’s a good bakery, Eileen’s, within walking distance & we ate dinner several times at Guaybo Sea Breeze, just a mile or so away. We already have plans for a return trip to Johanna’s place!

We had a beautiful stay with Robert and Raquel! They were extremely kind, responsive, and provided us with local recommendations. We were thrilled that they provided us with a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear. As for the place, it was super clean, perfectly located with a great view, and the AC worked wonderfully. The bed was also very comfortable and spacious. Planning on returning in the future, thank you:)

We loved the upstairs apartment and were thrilled to be within a few feet of the most delightful beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were spotless and the front deck, with the ocean view and continuous breezes was where we found ourselves when not in the water. Chairs, towels and all things for water enjoyment were provided. We were able to do laundry and rinse off after swimming using an outdoor shower. Internet and tv were available and Cristina was quickly responsive for any questions we had. This was a delightful stay and we highly recommend it.

The place was perfect. We love Black Eagle Beach and it has everything you need for vacation. The area is clean and people are friendly. The pool was a great addition to have available and was never crowded. The host was responsive and we had no problems. Only recommendation would to bring your own beach towel. We also found the shampoo and conditioner in the kitchen cabinet so it took a little hunting. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay and will likely be staying at this location again.

Had a great stay at Arnaldo's place. Loved the view and ocean breezes. Will definitely be back!
