Bill’s place was fantastic. We loved sleeping with the sound of the ocean next to us. The decks are awesome. Bill is friendly and responsive. We had complete privacy during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked, AC and smart TV both work perfectly. People are very friendly in Rincon. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Location is great! Apartment is very well equipped. Super clean. You can hear the soothing waves 24/7. Lots to do around it and many nearby walkable restaurants.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

The house itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The host provided a closet filled with coolers, beach blankets and scuba diving gear. Every morning, we stepped out the front door and were greeted by the beautiful ocean right in front of us, what a way to start the day! The house had a cozy vibe, and we did feel right at home in many ways. A few aspects that left us a bit disappointed. We expected a bit more privacy during our stay, but the host was on the property almost the entire time. She greeted us every morning and several other times during our stay. She swam in the pool; despite having told it would be just for us to use. This made us feel uncomfortable about using the pool. Another issue was the water temperature. We were only able to take one hot shower the entire time we were there. The water remained ice cold, which was a significant inconvenience. Especially after long days spent in the sun. I recommend with more privacy.

Very nice and beautifull propertie, 5 min wallk to beach, restaurant, bars and hotel, about 5 min drive to rincon public plaza. Freddie is very good hose, helpfull , cumiuncate and nice. My family and i enjoy the stay during new year eve and new year day. Thanks freddie for evrything!!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

Jen was responsive, easy to communicate with, had great suggestions for food and beach with younger kids. The apartment was clean and had an overall good vibe. The community is private, quiet, with a nice pool and great beach access. We loved the gesture of having a cold beer waiting in the fridge and some snacks for the kids. We would love to come back for a longer stay in the future!

The villa was fantastic: clean, beautifully decorated and with a graet layout. The big plus was that it was next to the ocean shore with a nice view of the coast. I highly recommend the villa. Will rent again.

Our second time staying, and we would never stay anywhere else. Rose is so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The house is always immaculate with the perfect views. We love staying every time we come and highly recommend anyone coming to stay here. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rose.

Quentin’s place was a perfect location. Loved the gated community, private beach and pool. Very safe and extremely clean. We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had a few questions. We have stayed in the area several times, but now have found our place we will go back to. Thank you for having us. We highly suggest staying here and will rebook future stays in PR.

This was our second time staying at beautiful Romantico del Mar and we can't wait to return! The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and we loved starting each day with coffee while listening to the waves. You can walk for miles on the beach and it is magical, especially at sunset. We think the location is ideal - close to Rincon, Aguada and Aquadilla and many beaches and great restaurants. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked with necessary amenities (with the exception of a grill or oven for those who like to do a little cooking). Michael and Alexandra are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. We highly recommend this place to any couple looking for some relaxation, sun and beach time!

what a view!!!! so serene and peaceful. I stayed at this beautiful property for a couple of days and did not want to leave at all. sat on the patio and read all the day, watched sunrise and sunset, watched baby iguanas play, birds chirping in the background. 10/10 experience. Kathleen is very responsive and friendly. definitely recommend the place. Rincon is very beautiful and a lot of restaurants and bar around.

The place was great and had everything we needed, outside area was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. Laura was very prompt with responses. Electricity went out for a bit which can happen on this side of the island and the generator turned it right back on. It should be noted regarding Verizon service that it isn’t the greatest service out there so just be mindful regarding putting in directions as soon as you can while you have service or while you have the Wi-Fi at the house. However it is also nice to disconnect from reality! The only thing we wished was that we were notified ahead of time that someone does come by to feed the cats daily, just for future reference but the cats were very friendly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Places to visit: Crash boat beach Survival beach - get the ceviche ! Gozlandia waterfalls - visit both waterfalls

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Shacks and it was just as lovely as our first stay. This time our 3yo son came with and it was a wonderful vacation for us as a family. We loved having the ocean out our door, playing in the pool and making memories as a family. We love the location and beach as it feels private and is very peaceful quiet. Mark & Scott were amazing hosts and super responsive. We can’t wait to come back again.

What an amazing vacation! This place was absolutely beautiful, you could hear the waves from the door and the view was beautiful! There are lots of restaurants near by and every one we went to was amazing. Would definitely love to come back, thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

If I could give Phil 10 stars I would. He was an incredible host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including a guitar for my son to use as well as plenty of recommendations for surf spots and activities. We would definitely stay again. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed and right by the beach.
