House vacation rentals in Bayamón

Visited from Florida and I have to say this home was very beautiful! The inside looks as listed and everything matched what was written in the description. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the host had no issues answering them with fast responses. Samuel even recommended a few restaurants in the area to eat at! If you’re looking to book this home do not hesitate. As stated, the hosts do reside in a separate area of the home but you will have no run ins with them. Only thing I do recommend is getting a more updated stereo system that allows devices to connect via bluetooth otherwise everything was perfect! There’s quiet hours since the kitchen area is separate from the home but it still works out fine because there’s a microwave plus fridge/freezer in the upstairs area.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

The stay at Valerie's place was great. We were there for a week. She is very responsive! Looked just like the photos and very clean, and secure. There was an issue with the shower water pressure in the bathroom and they came in and installed a new unit! We never quite got the hang of how to turn the lights in some areas of the home on and off even with instructions. The pool was great! A few times we were spooked and thought someone was literally in the house with us... everything sounds extremely close (ppl next door walking, talking, opening/closing doors). We got used to it though. We did a Walmart run to get handsoap, dish detergent and dish sponge, lysol spray, AND more trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. The starter supply will last only a few days depending on usage. There is a washer and no dryer... but there's a drying rack available. We took Uber everywhere to get around. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay here and would return 🙂

One of the best Airbnb experiences!!! We had a big group stay here and we all loved this place, Fernando was amazing and responsive and great communication! Neighborhood was awesome and beach was terrific! Lots of food options around and restaurants that we loved and the recommendations they told us were right on! I loved it I felt at home, I would really come back without a doubt everything very clean and organized, very quiet place, everything as in the photo is more I would say that in person it is another very beautiful thing, Nélida communicated to verify if I had arrived Bn or if I had any need 😍 the truth very good and friendly communication.

Frances place was super clean, very beautiful, very spacious, and had tons of amenities (pool toys, high chair, grill, towels, sunscreen, etc). You will need a vehicle to get around as this is not close to local shops, restaurants, or bars. If ypu are a light sleeper, be aware that you are staying very close to the airport and do hear planes overnight, and apparently Carolina is fond of their roosters, at all times of the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Overall we liked this place because we were traveling with a small child and wanted the convenience of being close to the airport rather than in the thick of things. Frances was very helpful and responsive and the instructions to check in were very easy.

loved our stay! centrally located, only 10 minutes to the airport, and San juan. Everything looked even better in person. the host was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The silent electric generators were a blessing since we stayed during the new years even blackout. would highly recommend!!

Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and relatives. It felt like a home away from home.

Great spot to stay in. My friends and I (all girls) felt safe around the area. Host called to check up on us and is something I very much appreciate! There’s some stores around the Airbnb which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was fairly clean, located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, and perfect for a larger group. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a spacious place in a convenient location!

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

We loved the architecture and indoor/outdoor space, and the location is perfect for exploring any part of Old San Juan, as well as a short 25 min walk to a beautiful local beach. Like anyplace in the area, the surroundings can be loud and the buildings are old, but as long as you understand and embrace all that comes with it as part of the experience, you will love it.

I've been to PR several times and probably stayed at 15 different places. This property is amazing. A rental car is a must because you are tucked. Carmen and her husband are wonderful. Very sweet people! A great tour of the property upon checkin, showing everything you would need to know. I see why they host weddings and larger parties. I was so pleasantly surprised by the home and the area that I started to look at available real estate in the area. 5 stars all the way. Thank you both for a wonderful vacation for my children and my parents!!

I wish I could give a 6 star review. Beautiful view from the in-unit patio and also from the roof of the water. Classic older building with modern amenities. Great location for the San Sebastian festival, less than 2 blocks form the main street and main stage but removed enough for some peace. Erin was exceptional in being quickly responsive for parking concerns and recommendations for activities. I will be staying again.

Absolutely stunning house that met all expectations! The attention to detail and decor was impeccable. So many different areas of the house to sit, relax and enjoy. Without a doubt the most immaculate Airbnb I have stayed in. The location was perfect for proximity to restaurants and shopping. Our host Socorro was attentive and quick to respond and make suggestions! We especially loved the kitchen, the openness, the beautiful staircase and so much space and privacy! The beds were Amazingly comfortable!! We have already recommended to family and friends!! Great for kids and families. An unforgettable place to stay!!

Puerto rico was a great visit, as well as this location. Host was very responsive and helped as much as he can.

Brian was an OUTSTANDING host! He was coincidentally present at the time of our check-in and gave us a tour of the property himself. Both apartments were spacious and clean. Perfect for my bachelorette weekend. Every guest had their own room and a bed to sleep in. Brian also provided beach chairs, towels, and a huge umbrella! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re ever visiting Puerto Rico.

Jennifer and Thays were great hosts! Stayed here with my family & enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and private (garage for rental). Location was ideal for late flight / Old San Juan visit (would just bring air buds for plane noise at night). The domino table was a plus 😊 Would recommend for your stay!

This slice of paradise felt like home away from home. The place was immaculate clean and you felt safe and comfortable. George left perfect directions on how to get in and recommendations for everything you may need. Charging was accessible, items for the perfect beach day, coffee and kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and bath amenities. There's WiFi and a binder of local recommendations. The pool was clean and so relaxing. It was close to local bars and restaurants and beach was steps away. This is the ideal Airb&b and will totally save for future bookings! Probably one of the best Airb&b's I've stayed at in PR! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Brisas de Piñones is an excellent place to stay! The location is perfect, offering a peaceful and authentic experience, and the space itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was outstanding—responses were incredibly fast, even late at night, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Gabriel’s place was everything my friends and I were looking for. The house was very cleaned and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was within 5-10 min from the house. Definitely would stay here again.
