Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Western North Carolina

The house was perfect for our crew! After the first day getting the rental gear and lift ticket, it was easy to just walk up the hill to the end of the road where one of the lifts are located. We came back for lunch each day and it was really easy for some to start early or late and finish the same, without having to wait on others! We would stay here again and I plan on recommending it to others who want to stay near Beech!!

The house was amazing, very clean and exactly as described. A short walk to the slopes made it ideal for our trip. We were there in the middle of a snow storm, which was awesome. We will for sure be back.

Loved the location and cozy home! Dennis was very responsive and helpful. The proximity to the ski lift was amazing. The home was cozy and nice. Beautiful views. Would definitely return. Everybody loved it!

Ryan was an awesome host, and it was clearly evident that making the guest feel at home was his number one priority. The chalet was beautifully maintained and everything was in perfect condition, not to mention that all of the kitchen appliances, TVs, etc were all up-to-date and in nearly brand new shape. Ryan was extremely responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had within 15 minutes or less. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a prime location on Beech Mountain!

My family had the best stay here! It’s such a warm and welcoming space with a great design. Being located right on easy street made it super convenient for me and my boys to go right out and start skiing for the day. Amy was so nice and responsive during the whole trip. We will definitely book this place again!

Staying here was an absolute dream! Great hot tub, easy check in, not far from Ober mountain ski resort, and close to down town Gatlinburg - great place to stay would highly recommend

Very nice place and the slopes to the ski resort is right in the back. House is very cozy. Parking is a bit challenging as expected in the area so plan ahead to bring 1-2 cars

The condo was on main level from parking lot. The walk to the slopes is a bit uphill and takes about 10 mins. Get a locker, it is well worth it, if you want to walk. The king bedroom uses the hall bath and the 2 queens are in the master with en suite full bath.

We love Sapphire Valley! We have another condo in this resort and it was nice to have a second unit to spread out to. The condo is nicely updated and decorated, complete with a christmas tree and stockings hung on the mantel! Loved the screened in front and back porches and the stack of firewood available to use! We definitely want to book this again!

Everything was beyond my expectations, so comfy, cleaned, cozy, you have everything you need to not have the need to go anywhere! I’d be booking this property again! And mostly important, NO MICE ISSUES AT ALL! Just keep trash bags inside the garage as instructed ! Thank you Tami!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cuddly Bear Cabin! It was the perfect location in proximity to Cataloochee ski resort and for sightseeing in Maggie Valley. Moustafa was a great host! He responded promptly to our last-minute reservation request and questions, and we really appreciated the complementary snacks & coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The cabin was really quaint and made us feel at home. Will definitely book again for our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay there the past few days. The condo was well laid-out and decorated nicely with a welcoming feel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. We hope to stay there again in the future. :)

Close to Sugar Mountain and downtown Banner Elk. The home had everything we needed and more!

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was cosy and clean and the baseboard heaters & fireplace kept us warm during some especially cold weather. Although in a very quiet rural setting, the cabin was close to the main street of Maggie Valley and all the restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to the ski area. In the evenings we had fun playing bowling on the Nintendo Wii!

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday, for a long weekend. Our adult son and his friends snowboard and ski and this was the perfect location! They walked just a short distance to the slopes. This chalet is cozy and comfortable. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, it had an amazing view, the comunication always on point and fast. Really enjoyed our time in it. Definitely a place i will go back and 100% recommend!

This was a great Chalet with a short walk to the slopes, maybe 100 feet. This Chalet is more spacious than most with the top consisting of a nice open kitchen/Living Room area with plenty of seating and room. Great location for skiers in the winter. We have stayed at several Chalets on this road over the years and this was one of our favorite to stay at!

Felt like home with all the amenities. Close to ski slope and also to grocery store. Made sure they put salt on steps so we would not slip.

Beautiful house, every room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed staying here. We had privacy and the area was quiet. It was an adventure driving through the mountains. We had a great time. The place was cozy, exactly as you can see in the pictures. Moises was very attentive and kind. We appreciated his suggestions. We definitely would like to stay here again.

it's a great place for a short trip in to town, but still having some peace and quiet in the evenings!
