A beautiful space, very private and spotless. Above the Island Bay central strip and a km or 2 from the coast, but very close to the Golf Course and the City to the Sea walkway.

Excellent space, very modern - clean, necessary amenities without clutter. The views were amazing, one can appreciate a beautiful sunrise, and presumably sunset, over the Wellington bay (facing airport). The drive up is windy though with cars parked on either side, so drive carefully. We enjoyed our short stay, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful homely apartment with the most stunning outlook! We spent so much time just viewing the comings and goings on the harbour and didn't want to leave! It was well appointed, superbly located within easy access to the CBD and having car parking was a real bonus. Giles was a very accommodating host and was readily available to answer questions. He was kind, informative and went over and above in terms of parking and providing some goodies on arrival. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and Giles to others and would love to stay again even though we live in Wellington :).

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, peaceful, & perfect for working from home. Hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming—always making sure I had everything we needed. so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for space with a lovely host with lots to do around in walking distance!
