Wildlife lagoon and rivers where whitebait is caught in season. Golf course tennis, courts and boat club all close by

A large lounge with wall to wall books to read in front of the fire in Winter or open both sets of French doors to the garden in Summer.

'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties.
