Townhome vacation rentals in Wellington

My only negative is parking. I was meant stay 4 nights, there was parking inside the complex for 2 nights and no overnight parking on street, bit stressful. Anna's house was beautifully presented and i would stay again.

Mélanie is a very welcoming and very kind host. The housing is clean. The bedroom also has space. This location is close to everything as it is right in downtown Petona and not far from the sea. Recommended 👍🏼😊

Susanna is a wonderful host. Warm, friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We had great chats about what to do and see in Wellington and how to get around. Her home is comfortable and cosy. The extra room that serves as a coffee and breakfast making station was a bonus. The location is very convenient. I enjoyed my stay at Susanna's Airbnb very much. Thank you!

Sue's place was the perfect location for us, and the proximity to the beach and trails was a bonus! The lounge and kitchen area was so beautiful and functional for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the views from the upstairs bedrooms were awesome. We walked to local shops and restaurants easily, and her home is one block from the bus stop to the city. There is no heat upstairs, BUT, Sue provided space heaters and each bed had mattress topper heaters - I slept like a baby every night in cold and windy weather. Her courtyard is like an English garden, and there is ample parking for two cars. She was very responsive when we had a wifi problem. We will definitely stay at Sue's place again!

This is a very nice Airbnb. It’s modern. It has a well-equipped kitchen including things such as cooking oil and herbs and spices. The beds are comfortable and the 3rd bedroom with beds that can be configured as one king or two twins is very convenient. The living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor are filled with light even on a rainy day. You can see the harbour from there and the 3rd floor bedroom. It’s very quiet, on a dead-end street above the nearest Main Street. It’s a short walk to the botanic gardens and a short drive anywhere else. The parking area is somewhat narrow but accommodated our minivan. A very good choice for Wellington.

A beautiful spot, perfect for me and my two kids visiting family. The layout of the house / bedrooms is great for privacy because each of the rooms are separated by either a bathroom or an open space. Kitchen was stocked nicely to be able to cook easily for my family. Easy access to amazing shopping and restaurants, loved the reserved parking spot. Quiet at night and easy to sleep. Heating and AC worked well. I loved everything!

Mel’s place is a bed and bath only. There is a walkout door to a lovely patio which is a great bonus. Big bed. Lots of outlets for charging things. There is a beautiful modern bathroom with a deep tub. It would not be so great if one had mobility issues.

This Wellington townhouse was clean, cosy, and perfectly situated near fantastic cafes. It offered plenty of space and all the essentials, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight, however, was its proximity to Evans Bay – an ideal spot for a sunny walk by the water. A great choice for convenience, comfort, and enjoying Wellington’s vibrant charm.

This place was a perfect spot for colleagues to stay whilst working on a project in mirimar. Highly reccomend. Really awesome host and with everything that you need.

We absolutely loved our stay at Karyn and Trevors! From super comfry beds, to nice Maori arts on wall, and well presented accomodation. We found this ramen shop close by to be the best Japanese food we ever had so we will be back! 😊

Had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, place was super clean and had everything we needed and location was great close to main shops and shopping centre. Very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out!

We loved staying at Brendan’s place. Check in was super easy, instructions were clear, and the house was cosy, well stocked, modern, and with absolutely spectacular views out over the beach / bay! Thanks for having us Brendan!

We loved staying at Sloany’s place. Check in and out were easy, Sloany and Mike were very responsive and helpful, and the welcome booklet full of useful information. The property is almost new and has been furnished with care and thought and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies (my husband loves Whittaker’s chocolate, so that was gone very quickly!). We loved being able to walk everywhere, and how comfortable the home is. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Wellington.

We loved staying at Ariki View. The house is absolute beachfront with an uninterrupted view out to Te Waipounamu and Kapiti Island. The house itself had everything needed for a relaxing weekend. It was hard to leave! Penny and Bas were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very chic and cozy home. Perfect for the night, very clean and well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was about 15 minute walk to CBD. The flat was spacious and nicely furnished. There was tea and coffee available. There was also a selection of bakeries on the same road as the flat. It’s a perfect getaway if you want something close to the city.

We had a great stay! The place was just as described, handy location, modern, and we enjoyed the privacy too.

This is the second time we have stayed and its just perfect for our needs. Great location next to supermarket and easy on and off the motorway. The place is sunny and warm.

The unit was perfect for our stay. They have everything you could possibly need. Also a lovely private outdoor area. Ben was a wonderful host!

We felt very much at home at Jared's place. We could walk to Woolworths for shopping and the local Thai restaurant was good. Also easily washable into the city, Te papa museum and Dockside bar etc. Not far to drive or get a cab or bus to airport, Island Bay and Oriental bay. Te papa is a fantastic museum and the Botanic gardens via the funicular railway was a great morning out. (Fabulous restaurant at the top!)
