Monthly Rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Beautiful oasis in the city, just a few walking minutes from public transportation. Outside of the hustle bustle, but close enough to all of the restaurants/attractions. The house was equipped with everything plus a little extra to make it comfortable. Great spot, would love to stay again!

Carol and Dana are amazing ladies. The studio is great. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and close to the street cars. They are quintessential New Orleans and are happy to share their love for the city and all she has to offer. I consider them my friends after one stay! Thank you Carol and Dana for my home away from home!

This was an awesome place to stay for a month! Everything was easy and felt just like home. Even the couple of people I had over said they loved the cute space!

If you want a safe, quiet, and easy access to the French Quarter? This is the place to stay! There's a restaurant downstairs from the unit - Beggars Banquet! AWESOME FOOD! This restaurant is a PLUS when you stay at Brenna and Nicks!! PERFECT for 2 couples! Very spacious and CLEAN! Comfortable bed!! Washer and Dryer if you need it! Worth every penny! We 100% recommend this place! You can't go wrong! We bought the 3 day streetcar pass - St. Charles Avenue homes you will enjoy!! Thank you Brenna and Nick!
