We stayed for three nights with our four young children (3,5,7,10yo). We can say enough about the hospitality Andres and Cari offered us. I have to admit, before arrival, we were nervous about relying on them for everything, but they truly made our experience easy and beautiful! Delicious home made meals (that considered our vegetarian and our picky kids), a peaceful and accepting environment, suggestions for places to go or things to see, it had it all! We took a boat trip to another beach and trolled for fish, and Cari prepared both a ceviche and fried meal out of the fish! It was a magical experience and if you don’t mind slowing down a bit, it’s a great opportunity to reconnect with family and read a book or two! Highly recommended and we hope to return (with older kids who can do some more robust island trekking!)!!

The room in hotel Villa Coco is spacious, tidy and has a comfortable bed, a terrace with hammock and chairs overlooking the beautiful garden. The pool at the property is beautiful and lovely to cool off early in the morning and in the afternoon. The beds by the pool have lovely thick and comfortable pillows and decoration pillows so it all looks tip top. The restaurants and the village are within walking distance. The beach can also be walked on. Make sure the hotel is not on the beach. The photos made me suspect otherwise. In addition, the photos gave me the idea that we would have our own detached cabin, but the cabins are 2 rooms next to each other. The terraces are adjacent to each other, so you are not very private when the neighbors are also outside. The rooms are also quite noisy (or our neighbors noisy). I expected more privacy. Conclusion beautiful room in beautiful location with nice swimming pool. Price-quality ratio not quite in order.

We had an absolutely delightful stay in Gabby's Airbnb! We sadly had to arrive late and leave early but the communication around our travel was prompt and helpful. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and tranquility. We felt warmly welcomed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

David's place is truly an oasis of peace directly on the beach. The staff is very kind and very friendly, the restaurant food is great as well as the cocktails from the beach bar. The only point is that it should be explained to guests that there is a river to cross to reach the property slightly complicating access. It would be sufficient to indicate the low tide hours to facilitate the passage. Overall we really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic place. The cabanas are beautiful. Very private and quiet. Access to la Punta is 3 minute walk. Everyone was very pleasant to talk with. Very enjoyable.

Gabriele’s place is a true hidden gem! The views are incredible (even though it was cloudy the entire time we were there, they were still stunning - I am sure on a clearer afternoon the sunset is spectacular), the accommodations are clean, comfortable and spacious, and the food offered (breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered onsite - menu changes daily) was really, really delicious - she even has a very nice wine list as well! The main road off the interamericana is in beautiful shape - the 6km road/driveway to get to the property is dirt but is passable with a normal car as long as you take it slow. Gabriele was a great host - accommodating, responsive, and caring. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat, give her place a try!!

It's kinda hard to get there, but once you're there you won't regret it.

Wonderful place even better than the pictures! Super quiet, well maintained and facing the beautiful beach and which stretches for several km. Great food but the rates are a bit excessive though. A lot of things to do around, super nice staff. We could have stayed longer!

Show Pony Beach Resort is a small, very well maintained facility. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, the pool clean, the beach wonderful. We just found it disruptive that many guests brought their dogs to the resort.

We love to come back here. This is our second time visiting the place. It has two beautiful beaches, good food, and peace. Frank is a great host!
