We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marla’s villa. The space was cozy and had everything we needed. The views of Meagan’s Bay were stunning and we made sure to eat breakfast on the balcony nearly every morning. Everything advertised was as stated in the description and she communicated very good. She told us what we needed to know but also allowed us privacy throughout our stay, which was appreciated. If ever back in the area, we will certainly book with her again.

We had the best time on water island staying at Ray and Cheri's place! Ray picked us up at the ferry and brought us to the house (and gave us a tour along the way). Anything we needed he was able to provide or help with. They have a bunch of stuff we were able to borrow while we visited (snorkels, tubes, chairs etc). The house is fully screened in which allowed a nice breeze almost 100% of the time. It's also secluded and private from the public eye and conveniently 5 minutes walk from the local tiki bar and beach. Ray hikes to the nearby WWII military fort every morning and loves having company on the walk. it's nice to learn the history of the island from someone who's lived there for a long time. As for water island it's an absolute gem! Its peaceful and quiet with just enough social life to be what we wanted. if you're looking for hustle and bustle you're better off on the main land. We swam with sea turtles and played horseshoes at the tiki bar daily with the locals.

The location is very peaceful , quite and beautiful. our place was freshly renovated and felt clean. we had all essentials provided by the host. we were able to find parking in front of the house and then near the beach by the restaurant every day of our stay. the views from the balcony are absolutely gorgeous. unlike other locations this one did not have too many roosters around , so you were not waken up by them in the morning. we would definitely recommend this place for others.

The condo was spotless and so close to the main pool,bar and restaurant. Ir was the perfect getaway for my mother's 85th birthday. Elizabeth was very accommodating as the original condo was only available for three nights but we were able to work it out so we could stay the full six. So appreciative!!

being that I was born and raised on this island and I came back here for vacation I know this is like the back of my hand. This location was quiet, comfortable, incredibly spacious, roomy, comfortable and It truly felt like I was in a home that I would own and live in. IQ, was fantastic and hospitable, and I would absolutely stay here time and time again in the future. Last note, nothing beats the tradewinds during the winter time in the Caribbean, this home faces do east and the comfort of that breeze touches one soul.

Our stay at Dee and Jason’s was just what we needed. We’re normally travelers that hit the ground running to site see and adventure but our first morning at the place kept us sitting on the deck soaking up the beautiful view for hours. It is truly a private place that is comfortable, clean and cozy. All the amenities were as describes and our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is exactly as described. It is south facing so your private outdoor patio gets warm sun all day, perfect for sunrise and sunsets. We did not use the pool but it looked great and there is grill available too which we did use. Strongly recommended for the Airbnb community

Loved it, the view is perfect morning coffee with the sound of the pelicans fishing and nature so close is relaxing and beautiful. Super close to Meghans bay and spacious with the spacious decks and patio super fun to hang out by the pool. Secluded and isolated, so privacy is not an issue. I would say that the location is worth everything, the ladies that received us were great and super informative. Kitchen is large, rooms are large and just perfect for a big family to enjoy. We loved it and will be back.

This place was a beautiful property. The views and breeze were amazing! The location is secluded and not something u can type into your GPS. Once you get there, you have to pin your location to get there again but I caution you to take the route that Sergio takes, the route the GPS takes you will have you on a steep hill in fear for your life! Also bring bug spray as it is an island and mosquitoes can be an issue when opening doors and windows to capture the mesmerizing breeze. It is a short drive to Red Hook which was great. Going to town/waterfront was a longer drive but not anything unbearable. Sergio is so pleasant and very communicative. Overall Great Stay ❤️

This home is GORGEOUS. Even better in person than the pictures, the view on the balcony is incredible. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time, and Shana was very helpful and responsive for anything we had questions about. We appreciate how private the home is and how nicely decorated the place was. I definitely recommend a rental car for this location as it is up in the mountains, and just make sure to read the instructions to finding the house carefully so you should have no issue.

Karen has been a terrific host. She was waiting for me at Nanny Cay Marina and I followed her as we drove up to the house so I could easily find it. The house itself is very accommodating and the views from the wrapped-around balcony stunning. The master bedroom is spacious and would be idea for parents, with an ample closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for kids. When we had a minor issue with the blockout of a pipe, Karen immediately arranged for a plumber to come up to the house and fix it. Special mention too for the kitchen which - in contrast with so many AirBnBs - was very well equipped and had lots of provisions so we didn't have to go to the supermarket for the basics such as olive oil, pepper and salt, etc. Finally, our host was super communicative and helped us with local recommendations. A car is recommended as the walk up to the house is quite steep.

Jocelyn’s place was clean, quiet and had a great view. It was in a great location- quick easy drive to Magens beach and was in walking distance if a great take out deli that had yummy breakfasts and lunches. Parking was on premises.

Jonathan’s house is set back in a traditional latinx neighborhood where chickens run wild. Don’t worry they are friendly but can also be the wake up call you may or may not have wanted on your vacation. It is a truly authentic experience. It can be a little confusing to find and we felt was best for those who will be renting a car to get around. We found that if you use your GPS to get to Rosa’s and just turned left before Rosa’s and went straight until you can’t anymore, you will find the house with ease. You can walk to Frenchtown restaurants within 10 minutes and everyone in the neighborhood is friendly. If driving you can get almost anywhere on the island in 20 minutes or so and to the airport in about 5 minutes. The house itself has a washer and dryer available, plenty of extra linens, and the basics in terms of cups, plates, etc. You will need to swing by the store as there are no basic items like soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, etc in the house. The house itself is air conditioned which is lovely to have and has access to Wifi, streaming services as well as cable Tv. As is typical in the Caribbean the house has a little deferred maintenance but we found our stay to be lovely and our host to be very responsive to any issues that arose.
