Trunk Bay downstairs self-contained room

Hi! We paused this listing first because it was badly damaged by Hurricane Irma and then due to Covid 19, but we're back – repaired and upgraded! The outdoor shower that our guests loved is still there, only now it has hot water. There's also a new kitchen made of hardwood we were able to salvage after Irma. Great news! The beach is still there, too, and still a just ten minute walk away. Always popular for being simple and beautiful in a fantastic location, now it's the same, but even better!

2br/2ba private home located in Fish Bay with GENERATOR. The top floor offers a large open floor plan with an outdoor entertainment area, two dining areas, a huge living room, and a pool with a wrap-around deck. The second room is located on the lower level accessed by an outdoor stairwell. This is a dead-end road, the second to last house on the street. There is no drive-by traffic. This quiet, relaxing location is the perfect getaway. The home is completely turnkey. Just bring your suitcase.

This beautifully decorated and remodeled two-bedroom one-bathroom home has sunrise views and a strong Caribbean breeze. You can hear the ocean and watch the sunrise from both bedrooms. There are a few restaurants and a little market located just right around the corner from the house. The shops and restaurants of Coral Bay are just 2 miles away.
