Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tortola

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

I really can't say enough about the absolute joy of booking with BookVI! From our initial contact, through several communications about travel, ferry, car rental, restaurant and boat charter recommendations, they replied promptly with expertise and enthusiasm. Brandon met us, waited while we stocked up at the market, and guided us to Pond Bay Paradise. Once there, we toured the home and discussed amenities. The house contained all we needed--paper products, linens, beach chairs, coolers, toiletries--even detergent and cleaning supplies. It was an amazing week! Thanks to BookVI!

Sharon’s place was exactly as pictured only in person the view was even more stunning, ever-changing in terms of the light, water and sky. We loved keeping the hummingbirds fed. The bed was very comfortable and though the house is small, everything was perfect for us. There was everything we needed and all was in good shape. Sharon is very responsive and came to help with a new gas tank for the grill, for example. The info book is very helpful too. There was construction just above the house which was disappointing but we even got used to that after a while. We shall be returning next year to this beautiful house!

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

This was our third visit to Coral Bay and View-tiful was our favorite. What incredible panoramic views! The pool and hot tub after a day of snorkeling were amazing. Especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub looking up at the stars. Kitchen has everything we needed and then some. Bed super comfy. Can’t go without thanking Mary-Eileen for meeting us at the end of the road to show us the way to the house, tour us through and also field random questions we had throughout the week. View-tiful made for an incredible St John experience!

Karen has been a terrific host. She was waiting for me at Nanny Cay Marina and I followed her as we drove up to the house so I could easily find it. The house itself is very accommodating and the views from the wrapped-around balcony stunning. The master bedroom is spacious and would be idea for parents, with an ample closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for kids. When we had a minor issue with the blockout of a pipe, Karen immediately arranged for a plumber to come up to the house and fix it. Special mention too for the kitchen which - in contrast with so many AirBnBs - was very well equipped and had lots of provisions so we didn't have to go to the supermarket for the basics such as olive oil, pepper and salt, etc. Finally, our host was super communicative and helped us with local recommendations. A car is recommended as the walk up to the house is quite steep.

The view is outstanding!!! Very peaceful and quiet setting! We rented the whole space for our group of six adults and it worked out great!! We had many rooftop dinners including a fantastic dinner for my birthday facilitated by Riiah!! We used Riiah’s concierge services for many things and everything she arranged for us was seamless and perfect and most of all, lots of fun! Again, the view is absolutely stunning and we spent lots of time sitting by the pool and admiring the beautiful ocean and boats passing by! The property is quiet and very peaceful and a great place to relax with friends or family. I highly recommend using Riiah’s concierge services for anything you might need to enjoy a top notch vacation. The whole trip was amazing and the property is magical!!!!

My family and I loved our stay. The A/C in the bedrooms was a big help at night. The outdoor seating was perfect. We ate dinner on the deck every night. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. The house had everything we needed. Love that it was very easy to navigate and close to some of the beaches we enjoy. The view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our villa and the resort. St. John was amazing!!! Our vacation was awesome!!!

Tony and Mary Anne were absolutely amazing hosts. Super attentive and gave fantastic instructions. The view is a million dollar view. Comfy beds, loaded with amenities to make your trip so much smoother. They have many many extras that make everything so easy. We used the beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear daily and we were so very thankful to have them. The hot tub was a fabulous extra that used nightly. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our week at Casa La Timone! The condo was clean, spacious, and well- stocked with thoughtful extras such as reef- safe sunscreen, travel- sized toiletries, snorkel gear, books, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and having the end condo was an added bonus! We are very familiar with Cowpet Bay and have stayed in many condos, and this was definitely a favorite. Our only complaint (which we had read about, but it was actually a bit more significant than we expected) was the water pressure. It really was impossible to take more than one shower at a time, which was a shame because there were 4 beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of hot water, though! We worked around it and just planned accordingly:). That being said, we hope to be back next year!

Our stay at Palladio’s View was absolutely magical. I would describe the house as simple island elegance. It was light, airy and tastefully decorated. The house was well-appointed and stocked with many thoughtful extras - beach chairs, pool floats/toys, etc. The view from the outdoor living area and pool/spa was breathtaking! My favorite part of the trip was drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise from the deck/patio. Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more!

Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Lounging in the pool or hot tub looking out over the water was amazing. House was spotless and well equipped. Their escort, Curlson, met us at the airport and made sure we got situated. We were able to arrange rides with him the rest of our stay which was great since we didn’t rent a car.

5 Stars for the Incredible views, Peaceful surroundings. Mystic Ridge was perfect for our family of 6. ( ages 17-21 ) . They very much enjoyed the Pool and Hot tub on times between getting around the Island. Each room has AC with very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The " main"/ Kitchen / living area also very spacious perfect for " hanging out" . Location great/ Centrally located, not a bad drive. Gated. Again Spectacular views. Host Dan was responsive to messages.

Our stay was wonderful. communication up until our arrival date and even got us in the house a little earlier and unexpectedly. house was very clean and the amenities as described. The location is great for unwinding and the view from the top of the street was INCREDIBLE.
