it was very nice place, architecture was awesome, Gopakumar was so friendly he suggested a few places to visit near kollam like munroe island that was really nice and he suggested a few near by restaurant to have food both veg and non veg they were decent. We arrived little late for the check in Gopakumar was welcome us with a lots of care and love that was really nice and for the check out we were Little late but he waited patiently and gave us some more time. we were 7 people in total it was really nice place to stay it may accommodate around 10 people easily I will look forward to stay again at Gopakumar house if I visit kollam in the near future

Perfect location, right on the beach! The bedrooms are spacious and lovely with the ground floor enjoying a view of the small but charming garden and the top floor having a balcony with greenery and a beach view. The common area on the ground floor is practically a private cafe on its own with the local shack delivering straight to the stay and ample room for hanging out with a group. There is a shower and a sink in the common room in case you wanna get sand off without stepping into the rooms. The stay was perfectly clean as well. Couldn't recommend it more!

What can I say! We stayed here and feel like we gained a friend and family member ! Binduraj and his brother Binu were fantastic from the time that we arrived and until we left! We were so sad to leave that there were tears ! We want this place to remain a secret but that wouldn’t be fair on Binduraj and this place needs to be enjoyed b more people. The place is very humble and rustic, down to earth just like Binduraj, but has air con, a kitchen with fridge! Great views, peaceful surroundings, fantastic things to do even if you want to do something other than chill. Binduraj and his brother go above and beyond and look after you with a great deal of care and attention. Fantastic home cooked food - veg or non- veg , 3 times a day brought to you by boat and the only way you can get anywhere is by boat. A lovely island to explore, still quite wild …. We will miss this place and long to come back soon

We loved our stay here. So chilled and friendly. The rooms are small but very cute and well maintained with A/C and fridge. The 'garden' is great - directly on the beach and lit up beautifully at night. The beach itself isn't the prettiest in India, but it has a lovely vibe and was great for swimming. Even the dogs were super friendly. The staff were always there when we needed them, and with big smiles too. You can walk along the beach for 20mins to get to very authentic restaurants - a mere £1.50 for vegetable thali. And there's a sweet 'shop' two doors away with a brilliant lady who'll make you tea & coffee (with some translation help). A great option for a couple or foursome to stay as there are only two rooms, side-by-side. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. we only stayed a night as we had a wedding to attend nearby. The house really felt like a home and all the rooms were clean, tidy with ample space. Very highly recommend!

This is a very good and huge property. It can accommodate over a dozen of guests. Well maintained property. Would strongly recommend

Sherin was absolutely amazing! She and her entire family were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my parents’ 25th anniversary truly special. Sherin ensured that everything we requested was perfectly arranged. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious homemade breakfast prepared by her mother, which was absolutely delightful. The beach was just a 2-minute walk away, and it truly was a private beach, adding to the wonderful experience. I’ve never experienced such a warm and friendly vibe from a host before!
