We stayed several day at this wonderful place. It was an easy check in with all instructions provided beforehand. The place is big and has many things to offer for large families. In summer you can fish, use heated pool. We went in winter, so we used hot tub. The bed was comfortable, pillows soft. The hosts were very responsive and checked with us every day. There are stores in 10-15 minutes drive, in case you forget anything. Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, coffee makers with coffee included, if you're a tea-lover bring your tea. If you like hiking there are a lot of routs in driving distance. I recommend to check with Delaware Water Gap Park office, they will help you to find brethtaking science and picturesque routs.

Ket and Drishti were such amazing hosts!! My group and I stayed for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and we had some issues with the heating, however Ket and Drishti were very proactive and provided us a temporary solution until a technician came the next morning and fixed everything for us. They were so kind and very responsive and my group and I made use of all the amenities of the property. The hot tub, the game room, and the poker room were all a hit. I look forward to coming back again!

Susanna was such a wonderful, generous, and helpful host! When our previous Airbnb did not work out and we were desperately searching for better options nearby, we stumbled on Susanna’s place and she was able to accommodate us at a lower price given that it was so last minute and we were losing money on having to check out of our other Airbnb early. She also was helpful in communicating with us about an upcoming snowstorm and made sure to send people to plow and shovel right away. Aside from that, the house is spectacular, with gorgeous breathtaking Mountain Views, comfortable and cozy couches and beds, an amazing fireplace with a large stock of firewood, and a kitchen stocked with all the appliances you’d need! The hot tub was amazing too! We loved it here and are so glad we stumbled upon it. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend!!

Another wonderful stay at Marcela’s place for my family. We always feel right at home each time we visit and have a great time with all of the fun amenities. For adults, teens, and pets, we all love coming back to Marcela’s.

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

We were very happy with Anya’s home. The home was exactly as pictured, incredibly clean, and very cozy and comfortable. The fireplace and hot tub were a plus! The surroundings are beautiful and the instructions to locate the property as well as to access the home were very clear. We visited an alpaca farm about 30 minutes away and had a blast. We will definitely be back and would love to visit in the summertime. Thank you, Anya for opening your home to us!

My friends and I came for 3 nights and I have no complaints about anything at all. The place was clean, there were games to keep us entertained, and David always replied quickly to any question we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for everything.

Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

John and Lizz's place was the perfect blend of spacious yet also cozy, with many of the rooms leading to the open main living room with lots of light. It was the perfect place to spend time with a larger family or group of friends. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We had the best time! The house was clean and tidy, filled with every amenity you could need from towels and cookware/dishware to spices. The property is very well kept and exactly as pictured. The hot tub water was hot and clean, all utilities worked and we loved the bathroom steam shower. We had a very enjoyable time both hanging in the house and the area, as it’s only a quick 12-15 minute drive to New Paltz with tons of shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Thanks for a great trip!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jennifer‘s place. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning even while frozen over. The house was super spacious, and the beautiful dining table was perfect for all of us to play games and share meals together. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook. It was conveniently located by so many activities. Overall we had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Paula's place exceeded my groups expectations! First of all, it was HUGE! We knew renting a 6 bedroom house would be large but wow was it large! The expansive spaces were much appreciated for our large group, and the kids had so much room to play. There's room for tons of parking, and the surrounding fields are beautiful - we even saw deer on our last morning there. An easy 15 minute drive to Belleayre! The hot tub was amazing and sadly we didn't get to use the sauna, but both were extremely clean and inviting. The instructions for the cover on the hot tub are so easy and convenient! The only bummer was that the house is right on a main road, and while there isn't a ton of traffic, the cars/trucks that do go by can be LOUD!! But that has nothing to do with the house and would not prevent us from staying again. Paula was responsive and kind, and we hope to stay again!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Beautiful home tucked just a few minutes away from Woodstock. Rachel & Rick's place offered plenty of space, couches to rest and a cozy fireplace. We will absolutely be back.

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

We had a great time for my sister in law’s bachelorette. About an hour from Warwick Winery but worked our way back to the more local ones. Had a minor issue with the hottub but Faisal offered to send someone to fix it in the moment, which def was not necessary. Would absolutely stay at this house again!

My friends and I went for a ladies weekend. We loved everything about the home. Hot tub was clean. Rooms clean and spacious. Kitchen is roomy. All you need to make a full course meal. Overall great home.

Despite booking my stay with three other friends for my birthday during February, it was the absolute best decision. Everything was as described, lot of great in-home amenities including games (i.e. ping pong, pool, tons of table-top entertainment.) Scott was absolutely one of the best hosts I have coordinated and communicated with. He would check-in to ensure we had what we needed and when there was a heavy snowfall the evening prior to our departure date- he immediately checked in and had the walkway and driveway cleared of snow. Lot of great, beautiful hikes in the snowfall and do hope to have the opportunity to return during the warmer season. Thank you, again, for the wonderful accommodations and for being such a proactive and communicative host!

Amazing host, very responsive and considerate. Host had a helpful binder of things to do and restaurants to visit. Beautifully peaceful, and private home. Clean and exactly like the pictures show. Definitely recommend using if visiting the area.

For our purposes, which was a winter getaway with extended family and friends, this was a great spot. Location great if you want to ski in Catskills. Wonderful hikes right there. Fun space for entertaining. Would return 100%

John and Kelly’s house was simply wonderful! Their home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. You will find both peace and excitement given the nature surrounding the home. The view is amazing! Our children had a fabulous time playing in the snow given the landscape of the property. It’s also so very close to town may you need to step out. Kelly and John are quick communicators from the moment you book to the moment you leave their home, they are available for any questions or concerns. We were incredibly sad to leave as we felt right at home. We would definitely love to book this home again soon.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at this AirBnB! William was a wonderful host and so flexible/accommodating with our check in! My family and I really enjoyed staying at his beautiful and rustic home - it is older but well-maintained and very cozy. Also, it is in close proximity to the breathtaking mountains and town. The fire pit was a great addition as well. Thanks again!
