Max is an amazing host. Answered questions I had very promptly and completely, even before booking. The house is amazing. It’s huge. So much space for everything. Great for a big family. The spotlight belongs to the backyard. The entire backyard is fully enclose with trees and it includes a pool, fire pit, and a massive deck. It was a blast. Surely would recommend to anyone.

Lighthill House was just what we needed. A peaceful paradise with the most beautiful pool and all the comforts we wanted. Angela was responsive and accommodated and early check in so we could get some extra time at the pool on a beautiful day!

This is the perfect home for a quiet weekend getaway. About a 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shopping of quaint Narrowsburg, but the wooded location provides relaxing solace. For kids, the downstairs game room is a perfect addition, and the year-round outside amenities including the hot tub and ample outdoor space are a great opportunity to be in nature.

Our group had the privilege of staying at Jeff's place during a snowstorm, and it was certainly a weekend not to forget! The lovely surroundings and beautiful wildlife made for constant entertainment, and thanks to the salt lick in the front yard, we got to watch our football team win a playoff game with a crowd of deer helping us cheer them on. We also had our two year old with us, and he got to enjoy sledding for the first time thanks to those provided by the host. He also had a blast bouncing (safely) on the king sized bed. In the chilly weather, the heat in the house was perfectly attuned to everyone's needs, and everyone along with us found their rooms quite comfortable. While it was unfortunate the hot tub was out of service--cracked from the cold--Jeff was very gracious and apologetic about the problem, and everyone was so bowled over by the rest of the space that nary a complaint was made! We would definitely consider returning to Deer Hollow again.

My wife and I have had many wonderful experiences with Airbnb stays, but I can say honestly that to date, this was our favorite. The vibe of the cabin felt so comfortable and inviting like coming home after being away or like visiting an old friend for the weekend. I can’t quite put into words how comfortable we felt there. The bed and the pillows were by far the most comfortable of any we’ve ever slept on including fancy hotels and even at home! That in combination with being able to bring our dogs and watch them run and play and have the time of their lives in the woods, made it truly unforgettable. Also, the way Alex and Nicole arranged for us to have some freshly fallen snow didn’t hurt! 😂 We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyed our stay and beautiful wedding at Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery. House was vey clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything in town. Two very clean and updated bathrooms. Loved the dinning room table. Really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times. Thank you!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

My friend had a great long weekend here. Gary met us when we got in and had a fire roaring and pizza in the oven! He gave us a quick tour and some local recs. Any questions were answered quickly. The house was super cozy and the neighborhood was very cute! We had a couple of dogs and they loved wandering around the neighborhood. Definitely looking forward to coming back when the weather is nicer!

Cozy stay in a quiet town. We last came to Mountain Dale in 2023 and found delicious food at the local restaurants, as well as scenic nature. We loved finding a pet-friendly spot for a long weekend getaway! Note: our Prius didn't have enough ground clearance for winter storms, not a problem in other seasons. Pros: delicious restaurants, easy hikes nearby, cozy space. Cons: The boiler is hot hot, so wash carefully.

My job extended my work contract and I needed a place to stay. When I booked this place I was excited! it looked quite and peacful, and perfect. I did not realize how true this would be. to say this place was perfect is an understatement. i felt right at home. To be honest, I didn't want to leave. Brian was absolutely amazing. Responded right away if I needed somthing, and was just so kind. As I said this was a perfect peaceful experience! I loved being surrounded by nature, seeing all the wild animals come through, and loved sitting fire side at night. I truly hope and cannot wait to go back. It is nice to know there is a place out there that feels like home with wonderful people around you.

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my kid’s 8th bday. Place was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace and games. We went snow tubing at Holiday Mountain which was about 40 mins away and had a great time. If you forget to bring any groceries you’ll be able to pick up some stuff at Pete’s supermarket which was like 6 mins away. Would stay here again!

Heidi and Nathalie's place was great - quiet, peaceful, well cared for, well appointed. Stayed with family for a whole week and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

We had a really nice girls weekend in Swan Lake. The house fit 16 of us perfectly. The bedrooms were separate from the main living space. The dining table seated all guests. There were plenty of seats in the spacious and comfy living room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a second fridge. There was ample parking. We didn’t explore the surrounding area since we could settle into the house nicely.
