We loved staying at George’s place. The location is fantastic. Very walkable to key sites downtown such as the Te Papa museum, the cable car, the Botanical Gardens, and Cuba Street. The bed was comfortable. Shower is large and good water pressure. Works well for really tall people. George was very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend it!

Easy access to Wellington center and ferry. Free parking space. We were happy to stay there for both our ferry trips from north to south and south to north. If you want Netflix or Amazon Prime, both are available at no extra cost.

Gavin's place is in a great neighborhood in Kelburn - coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, and walkable to Zealandia! We did a night tour there which got you admission also in the daytime plus the next day. I'm a bird lover and went there 3 different times! The unit is also walkable to downtown Wellington with even more restaurant and bars to choose from, and to get back if you don't walk to walk back up the hill it's very close to the cable car. We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin's place!

Spacious apartment great location.

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Martine's place is so very much in the heart of Wellington, you cannot possibly get any more authentically Cuba quarter! And yet, despite Martine warning us of potentially noisy surroundings, we had a peaceful, restful and very enjoyable weekend in Welly, not in small part because we had a lovely, cosy place to return to. Martine's tips are 100% up to date - even though I am in W. frequently, I did not know some of the gems she suggested. So I urge you to check out her recommendations, you won't regret it. Her place is really very well designed: small, yet with space to tuck luggage out of sight; a small fridge to keep yoghurt, milk, beer and bubbles chill and a tiny kitchen, should you be tired of the great restaurant offerings... I highly recommend her place.

Lynette and Mike are the kind of hosts who take an already amazing stay and make it truly exceptional. Their Airbnb is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and full of little touches—like luxurious robes—that make you feel completely at home. But what really sets this place apart is Lynette and Mike themselves.Even before our trip began, Lynette went out of her way to offer helpful travel tips, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. She even encouraged us to reach out during our stay if we needed ideas for the rest of our trip. Their generosity didn’t stop there—when we unfortunately had a car accident on our first day, they went above and beyond to help. They spent the day assisting us with getting a new rental car and offering genuine care and support. It was far more than we ever could have expected, and we are deeply grateful.This Airbnb was already perfect for our needs, but Lynette and Mike made it even more special.

The place was fantastic for our group, large and open downstairs area made it easily accomodate us with additional covered outside space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great sizes.

Absolutely gorgeous house in great walkable location to so many cafes, restaurants and sights to see. Hosts were fantastic, proactive and the treats upon arrival were very well received.

What a beautiful house, definitely felt very Wellington! Love the area, loved the house, gave us a flavour of being a local. Kit was helpful and responsive. Thank you for having us!

Great location, tidy home, friendly host! Highly recommend and would stay again. Only thing to note is that if you have a small dog who likes to explore, there are several places your doggo might be able to get through the fence, if they are small.

We were here for 2 months with a 13 and 11 year old. The place was perfect for our longer stay. We were particularly enamored by the te ahumairangi hill close by with beautiful walking and running trails. Michael was a great host and responded promptly when we had a question or request.

The view on the deck of the rainforest was spectacular. You could also view it from inside. The house was clean and comfy and the bathroom had some perks like heated floors. Highly recommend. I would return if I’m ever lucky enough to return to NZ.

Fantastic location in the heart of Cuba St. Walkable to Cable Car and Te Papa. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet inside given the proximity to the bustle of Cuba St. It is a bit tricky to get inside the first time, but the host provides excellent instructions to follow. Host also provides recommendations for parking. If you have a lot of baggage, parking for an hour in the Ghuznee St lot to unload and settle in, then moving the car to 70 Tory St. worked well for us. One of my favorite places we’ve stayed with AirBnB.

This place had million dollar views of the harbor. It was quiet and easy to walk or Uber downtown. While the place is a bit old and quirky, that did not detract from the charm. We were very glad to stay there.

We had a great stay at Grace's condo. it was very walkable to many ammeneties, grocery store, restaurants, water front etc. Grace was very friendly, met with us to hand in the keys, gave us a lit of good tips to get around.

Wayne was a great host, friendly and kind. super accomodating when we ran into some trouble with flights and really family friendly. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend. Thank you so much Wayne. Great coffee too!

Great place to stay, up a hill but pretty close to town and right near Botanic Gardens. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful renovations.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The apartment has everything you need and in a very walkable neighborhood to restaurants and things to do in Wellington. Bed is quite comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at Craig’s place 4 nights in February. We absolutely loved it!! The view was so great and we loved sitting on the balcony in the early evening. The entire place was immaculate and super comfortable. Craig was a fantastic host, super helpful, responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at Craig’s place!

Our 2 staff stayed at Emily's place and it was just what they needed for a short stay. The location was great and Emily was great to communicate with.
