Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tbilisi

The location was perfect for those who want a neighborhood feel, quiet street but quick access to amazing wine shops and great restaurants. Having stayed in Tbilisi with a family of either before I have to say this Flat was very comfortable. All four bedrooms have its own bathroom and the back patio is private and great place for a barbecue. Highly recommend for large groups! Salome was very responsive and Giorgi was always available and worked hard to anticipate our needs. We will be back.

The owner responded so kindly and made a reservation for a taxi to the last airport. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was very helpful to get a good night's sleep. The bed sheets were fluffy and soft compared to other accommodations, so it was the best accommodation because you could feel the cleanliness.

Great stay overall. The rooftop view is fantastic in the evenings and the place is homely. Bolt worked perfectly fine for ordering groceries online and the temperature in the room was perfectly maintained. Tamar was a fantastic host and was prompt in answering any questions we had. I'd definitely be visiting Georgia again and this place would be my definite recommendation for a truly authentic stay.

Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

Cozy apartment in the old part of the city, 5 minutes walk to sulfur baths and cafes. Quiet place, cute enclosed yard and friendly cats. We liked it, thanks for the hospitality!

Great location, easy access, easy access, quiet at night, washing machine, clothes rack, pots and pans, air conditioning, gas heater, etc.The sleeping bed is made up of a pull-out large sofa bed and two small three folding sofa beds that are not as comfortable as a formal bed, even if the request is not high.

I recommend everyone David’s place. Easy check in, location is great, a few min by Main Street, clean sheets and toilet items, and there are lot of kitchen items available. We stayed 3 nights, absolutely I would stay again.

I was very happy to be able to stay at Ninos place. Its directly in the very city center but located in a very quite street and Nino was very helpful and directly responded to any questions I had. Thank you Nino! 😊

Ninia's house was immaculate. We checked in late at night without any problem! Everything was perfect. Its right in the heart of the old city. Can easily walk to restaurants,cafes and hidden gems. No outdoor noise and well heated apartment. The balcony gets ample sunlight and is a perfect spot for a coffee. Would definitely choose the same apartment when we get back. Thanks for everything!

First of all, maria is absolutely very thoughtful and sweet. The house was completely impeccable, clean and everything needed was in place. When there were any issues, she was responsive and helpful. This house is now like my own. I hope someday I can come back to taste this peace and comfort in this house again, I can't wait! 💘

Nice home with great location and kind host.

The clear instructions with photos helped to find the place and check in. It is located within close proximity to a lot of shops and also a 24/7 SPAR. The apartment was very clean, there were toilet amenities and towels for all guests and even packaged drinking water. The heating worked as expected as we visited during the Winter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Bela was very responsive to the messages, we didn’t face any issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. It's situated in the beautiful district of Vake, and the balcony is very comfortable. Plus, it's incredibly quiet, making it a great place to relax. There's also a lovely park, Mziuri, nearby, which is perfect for a walk. Additionally, Vake is filled with many cafes and restaurants, offering a variety of dining options.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

We had a great stay in the Airbnb. We felt like Salome was very accommodating and communicated very well with us. We even had to make some changes due to an emergency and they worked with us very well and made it very easy.

Amazing home and a great deal - much larger than the images show. Extremely central. Tamta was an excellent host that went well beyond most hosts. One or two incidents happened when a town water pipe burst, and the whole town was without water. Brought water without asking and fixed the hot water. Exceptional and looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend.

It’s a great hidden gem in old centered Tbilisi and the apartment bigger than on the pictures. Mattress is good, it’s warm inside, Bachana is super nice and responsive. Clean, cozy, comfy place. Quite too but very well located. It takes some time for the water in the shower to warm up, but then it’s very hot and good, it’s a common thing for old Tbilisi, so be ready, and it’s not even a problem :) Highly recommend to stay here

Great place to stay in Tbilisi. It has 3 rooms for family or friends visiting Georgia. Very accessible to anything, peaceful area. No cars around the block. Nana is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended place to try and enjoy your stay. We will definitely come back here again.
