Cozy clean little apartment. We made a fire in the fireplace, everything is fine, did not smoke. The bathtub is small. The hostess is very friendly, friendly. There was a bottle of drinking water, fruits, nuts. Thanks for you hospitality

The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

This is a great place to stay.

There were problems regarding water supply, but it was only because of a pipe failure in this region. We would definitely stay longer if not that problem. Apartment was very bright, comfortable and clean. Also good for families with kids. I hope we will come back ☺️

Eter is a great host, attentive, we enjoyed staying in her apartment. The location is very good, there is City Mall, metro, hospital and all the necessary markets. I recommend Eter and her apartment to all guests

Anna always responded quickly and allowed extra arrival and departure times. The apartment is in a quiet location of Tbilisi, shops are within walking distance. It's close to the old town and Sameba Cathedral. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, it had everything you need, incl. Hair dryer, first aid kit, sewing gear, toothbrushes... I would recommend the apartment at any time.
