A very cozy and nice stay! Felt comfortable to stay in, everything matched the photos and descriptions. The place has a nice location with lots to do in the vicinity: parks, stores, restaurants, etc. Besides the AC the stay has central heating that was very helpful during the cold days of February. The place itself has contemporary design and the furniture doesn't look worn out. The host was very-very flexible (I checked-in at night but still got a lot of help during the process), responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend the stay for everyone out there planning to visit a beautiful Tbilisi! That's a great place to start exploring the city.

We were five guests. Clear instructions, very easy to get into the flat. The flat itself is cosy, clean, has everything we needed. Maya is very polite and helpful! The location is in the centre, but the windows face the courtyard and it is quiet. Plenty of outlets, lots of crockery. We will come again and would recommend :)

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is in the best location, i felt in the apartment like a home away from home. The owner was super kind and professional. for sure I will come back.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3
