excellent apartment and owner. fully corresponds to the photo. the location is good, not noisy. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious gifts that were waiting for us inside the apartment. The Wi-fi was stable and fast , I recommend. A special big thank you is that we were able to stop by much earlier than the usual time for check-in.

The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

The apartment is very nice, in a quiet area, there are many shops nearby. Many thanks to the host, quickly responded to messages and helped with any questions that arose.

Great apartment with everything you need for life. The apartment is located next to the metro and the area has all the necessary shops, entertainment and restaurants. It was very warm and cozy, a great option to stay in Tbilisi!

To begin with, the location is chic: a cozy courtyard with small cafes and a voice playing the piano. From the veranda, direct view of the Mtatsminda tower. The apartment is cozy, clean and tidy. All the little things are taken into account. In general, we spent two wonderful days. And we'll come back more than once. We recommend you too!

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

Lovely stay at this cozy apartment! It is fully equipped, very comfortable, and most importantly, clean. However it can get a bit noisy, especially on weekends, since it's located in the heart of the city. Marina and her son were highly responsive and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city, and we will definitely stay here on future trips.

There were problems regarding water supply, but it was only because of a pipe failure in this region. We would definitely stay longer if not that problem. Apartment was very bright, comfortable and clean. Also good for families with kids. I hope we will come back ☺️

Dimitri has a nice space, that is well decorated and has everything you need inside the kitchen. It is quite spacious, has views of the mountains, good internet and is nearby to butchers, vegetable stores, bakers and everything you need for your stay in Tbilisi.

Host, courteous and responsive. It was like being at home.
