excellent apartment and owner. fully corresponds to the photo. the location is good, not noisy. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious gifts that were waiting for us inside the apartment. The Wi-fi was stable and fast , I recommend. A special big thank you is that we were able to stop by much earlier than the usual time for check-in.

The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

The apartment is very nice, in a quiet area, there are many shops nearby. Many thanks to the host, quickly responded to messages and helped with any questions that arose.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

You can easily go to places where you will feel peaceful in terms of location. The view on the terrace was magnificent. There are great cafes as you walk out of the house and go down the stairs.

It would be precisely where I would want to be in my future visits to Tblisi. Kakha was very courteous and helpful. Nice view of mountain range from balcony. Convenient food stores connected to building. All new buildings in community. Very clean and safe environment.

Tamuna's place is sparkling clean and immaculately clean. Very responsive to questions, gave us an early check in as our flight was early. The location of the house is very close to the old town, you can easily reach markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Very good choice for those who want to choose. Thank you Tamuna ❤️

Gigi is a great host. He was very helpful and even translated, from Georgian to english, when I needed help. He’s kind and had a welcoming approach. The condo was perfect for me and it was overall very nice stay, highly recommend

This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

We , family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed in Nino's place for a week. Her place is located in first floor of old building right on the main road. Inside of the house is very modern and clean with all basic amenities required for a family to live comfortably. Nino's place is close to restaurants , supermarkets and walkable distance from the rustavali metro and city center. Its a comfortable stay after a busy day in the tour. Highly recommend this place

Lovely stay at this cozy apartment! It is fully equipped, very comfortable, and most importantly, clean. However it can get a bit noisy, especially on weekends, since it's located in the heart of the city. Marina and her son were highly responsive and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city, and we will definitely stay here on future trips.

A spacious and quiet apartment in the best location. The host was very helpful. The view from the window and from the balcony are amazing.

This retro-style place is one of a kind! The bath near the windows was a perfect spot to relax. The bike inside gave the space a fun and artistic touch. The kitchen was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedroom was warm and cozy, making it easy to unwind. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

I am really happy with this airbnb. Red was very communicative and always available. The location was excellent and the check in was very smooth! The apartment is located in a central yet quiet part of the city so you probably won’t hear any noise from the streets. Balcony has stunning views too. The washer is a huge plus as well. A bit of light comes through the curtains so if you’re sensitive to that bring some sleeping shades and you’re all good. Worth the money too!

It was a real pleasure to be in such an interestingly designed apartment with an abundance of wood, paintings and authentic things. I had a great time in such a cozy and aesthetically pleasing place. Communication with Dimitri was excellent. I'll miss this house. 🤗

The apartment is small, but it is well zoned and the kitchen is clearly separated from the living room. The apartment has a full set of equipment for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, a full set of dishes, a washing machine, a heating boiler, air conditioning, a hairdryer, an iron, places for drying laundry. The balcony with a tea table overlooks the courtyard. The apartment is two steps away from the metro and a large shopping center. There are no particular parking problems on the next street.

I really love this apartment! Stylish, clean, it has everything you need! Convenient location and easy to find and check out. The washer with dryer is fantastic. Everything was perfect!
