Kelly's place was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay in this nice and quite neighborhood.

This was our first trip with our little one (6 months old) to visit Grandma for the holidays. Biljana made the whole trip so easy! The place is beautiful and had everything to make traveling with a baby easy including a crib, high chair & stroller. Biljana even provided a brand new baby bath when we arrived! The kitchen was so well equipped we actually hosted Christmas dinner. Biljana was so accommodating and responsive. The host event provided special touches to make it feel like a homey Christmas. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay again when visiting the grandparents:)

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, but this may be my favorite. The pool and backyard are peaceful and beautiful, it’s wonderful to grill out there. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The home itself is exactly as pictured and we loved it. Isabella was a great host and you’ll love the home!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

For a small family with young kids this is the perfect place. A bonus is the yard for kids to play and the heated pool. My 8 year old granddaughter had a fun time! A bonus was visiting with Adina and her family. An extra bonus were the cookies & cheesecake. The bed was comfortable and the fold out bed was perfect for my granddaughter. The wood floors and beams added to the quaint ambience. The location is easy to get to and close to many attractions in Tampa. Definitely choose this place if you want a quiet private getaway during your vacation.

We had a great stay with 2 kids. Spacious house with great outdoors - lots of seating, bar area, games, pool was warm (82 degrees). We had friends staying in the area and this was a great place to host. The outdoor bar area had not been wiped down prior to arrival, but messaged the host and someone came to clean right away. Host was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cheryl was a lovely host and her home was comfortable and close proximity to so many things. We felt safe and at home and we were very comfy! The blankets were so soft and everything was very clean! Communication was great too. A great place to stay while visiting Tampa but wanting to feel at home!

Great place for a large group. Lots to do in the house. Small drive to Johns pass and beach. We will be back

The photos of the listing were very accurate. The house felt very spacious for a 3 generation family vacation, with plenty of places to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The hosts were very quick with responses. We all felt very comfortable in the house.

Rose's property was perfect for our trip to Tampa for a family gathering. We had 12 adults and the mix of bedrooms and bed sizes worked out just right. Thank goodness no bunk beds! The distinct living spaces were also very accommodating for our group. This historic bungalow has been nicely updated with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and quiet, and the location is very convenient for in-town travel or excursions to the beach or the interior. Our co-hosts were very responsive to requests/questions before and during our stay.

Largo is a great location!

Our stay was perfect for what we needed! We only had a couple of questions when we got there, but they were answered quickly. The house had everything that we could want. We had adults stay there, but a few kids came over and they loved the space and the pool too. Thanks for our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! We enjoyed our stay at CBC. Patti and her team were responsive and informative. The house is clean and quiet. The dock is beautiful and the sunrise is gorgeous. The beach is a 3 minute walk and we enjoyed using the beach and fishing equipment.

The unit was very clean with a lot of modern upgrades in the kitchen area. We would definitely come back again.

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

It is great host, very responsive, informational and helpful. House is spacious with convenient layout with all you need. Location is great and the sun rise is beautiful. Minutes to beach. The patio by water is very nice. Laundry needs to be shared with other guests but we did not use much so did not run into any conflict of timing with others. We did not know there is no dish washer but plenty of clean plates and cutleries are provided.

Rachel was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The place is exactly as described. It's right on the water and because of that, there is a little sand and dirt — but the place was clean and well stocked. It's also in great shape, which is incredible after the recent hurricanes. I would stay here again.
