Kelly's place was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay in this nice and quite neighborhood.

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

The place was great for our girls getaway! Easy to get to the airport, Tampa, and St. Pete! Very clean and cute. I will say the fold out bed was smaller than expected but still worked for a small bed if you need one.

Colburn’s place was a wonderful stay for a vacation of my extended family. Ages 6 to 60+ had a wonderful time. Great location, a short drive to spring training games (no traffic compared to staying at Clearwater beach). The heated pool was a wonderful amenity and Colburn was quick to respond to any questions we had. Ice cream shop next door was an additional plus. Would definitely stay again!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

Our stay at Adina’s was great! Very clean and spacious bedroom. Walkable to Bayshore and quick drive to Hyde Park. Adina was very responsive and flexible with a late check out to accommodate our later flight. The baked goodies she made were an added bonus!

This place was great for a group to stay for a wedding! The space was clean and easy to get to, the hosts were very responsive, and it was a great location! The shared courtyard was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time at the pool!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

We were here for a fourteen person bachelorette party and had a great time. Rivkah is very communicative. The house had enough regular and beach towels for us all and plenty of space for us all to hang out. We did have to pay extra for early check in, but were able to get into the house two hours early. Would reccomend this place for large groups

Our stay at the Luxury Ultra Modern Villa in Seminole, Florida, was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for our party of five, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just minutes from stunning beaches—only a 5-minute drive to beach access and 13 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The villa itself featured a sleek, modern design with an open layout that brought everyone together. The three stylish bedrooms were beautifully decorated, each with super comfortable memory foam mattresses, we all slept like babies. The highlight was the stunning backyard. The heated pool was a true oasis, perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat in the evenings. We loved this space so much and spent most of our time out there. With beach accessories provided, we were well-equipped for the beach. The owners are great people and very responsive. We will for sure come back in the future!

Rose's property was perfect for our trip to Tampa for a family gathering. We had 12 adults and the mix of bedrooms and bed sizes worked out just right. Thank goodness no bunk beds! The distinct living spaces were also very accommodating for our group. This historic bungalow has been nicely updated with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and quiet, and the location is very convenient for in-town travel or excursions to the beach or the interior. Our co-hosts were very responsive to requests/questions before and during our stay.

Bee & Peter’s place is amazing! Such a personal and charming house which guarantees you to have fun. Also communication is fantastic with responses being close to instant. Very pleasant experience

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at CBC. Patti and her team were responsive and informative. The house is clean and quiet. The dock is beautiful and the sunrise is gorgeous. The beach is a 3 minute walk and we enjoyed using the beach and fishing equipment.

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

It is great host, very responsive, informational and helpful. House is spacious with convenient layout with all you need. Location is great and the sun rise is beautiful. Minutes to beach. The patio by water is very nice. Laundry needs to be shared with other guests but we did not use much so did not run into any conflict of timing with others. We did not know there is no dish washer but plenty of clean plates and cutleries are provided.
