Beach house vacation rentals in Tampa

We have traveled to this exact area of Florida for the past 4 Decembers and this house was located in such a lovely part of Indian Rocks Beach! The backyard view on the bay was spectacular and we saw dolphins swim right by the dock. The pool and hot tub were used daily, and added to the absolute joy of our family vacation. Four bedrooms were all awesome, and the kitchen and communal space had more than enough room to cook, eat and socialize for our family of 6 adults. The owners were very responsive and quickly attended to any questions or needs that we had. We hope to return next year and will book this same house for sure!

A perfect house for a group! Place was neat and clean and the kitchen well stocked. Grill and fire pit were very nice touches. 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was great though definitely need the heater. Didn't need a car once we stocked up - supermarkets are about 10 minute drive away. Management company was very responsive.

The 3 of us had a great stay at Corey's. Lots of living and floor space. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

due to Helene there was no wifi. Maria and her husband purchased a separate wifi device just so we had wifi. very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience staying at Nick’s place! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient for our plans, making it easy to travel to the beach & other places near the gulf! Nick was incredibly kind, accommodating, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again! Thank you for such a great experience Nick!

We’ve stayed at this location twice. This being our second time we knew when we were looking for houses in this area this had to be the one again. Plenty of space for guests, fun game room, clean, and quick walk to the beach. Would absolutely book here again.

Michael was very responsive, house was clean and bright. He went out of his way, above and beyond , to make sure grill was available and functioning.

We had quite the experience with the hurricane and having to evacuate, however, we did get to have one day/night in this fantastic place. It was everything as described. It was perfect. Christina and Nikhil were amazing during these crazy circumstances. They were very helpful and communicative. We had a lot of stuff there (as we were planning a move to the area) and they were so gracious to bring it to us due to the evacuation. We cant say enough great things about the place or the owners. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

This house is located on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk (1 minute drive, free parking) from a very nice beach. Getting to downtown Tarpon Springs takes less than 10 minutes by car. The house was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of space/furniture for my family to be comfortable during our stay. What you see in the listing photos is what you get. Host Shiloh was very communicative and getting into the house was straightforward. We didn’t test Shiloh's problem resolution skills as we didn't have any. We would definitely be happy staying here again if we need a place in the Tarpon Springs area.

So wonderful! A weekend getaway for myself, husband and 2 young children. We opened our bedroom window and listened to the waves as we drifted to sleep. We watched the colorful sunsets from the living room. We walked to delicious restaurants right down the streets for breakfast and dinner. A great deal for our money. We were comfortable and happy the whole time. We would come back!

The perfect spot! The location is right on the beach and had everything you'd need for a day in the sun! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'd need minus fresh ingredients, reasonable check-out process, and absolutely beautiful views. We could not be happier and plan to revisit! Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay at John’s place!! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. It was easy to walk to both. John was a great host and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. We would totally book there again.

What a great experience. Shelley communicated beautifully with us months and weeks out about the rental (due to the storms). I am glad we decided to go through with the vacation- it was pretty memorable. The house is incredibly stocked with just about anything you could need for a beach stay- tons of chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We needed to bring nothing of our own. All 3 spaces were spotless. A lot of thought and care went into this place. Great private parking (hard to find in that area)/ The beach walk (100 yards) was simple and accessible. We did a full Thanksgiving dinner there and all utensils and cookware was useable and stored well. Both patios were where we spent most of our time when we were not at the really large kitchen table. Showers were great, beds extremely comfortable. Short walk to John's Pass boardwalk and shops (which were open). Thanks Shelley for being a great host. The place was every bit as good as advertised. Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was the perfect amount of space for 10 girls. Easy to get to the beach with the golf cart. Very clean as well! Felt safe the whole time. The host was also kind in accommodating an early check in since. Would highly recommend!

We were displaced from our home due to a flood and it was so nice to come in and feel so comfortable in someone else’s home. It had all the comforts of home and Ruby and Jason made us feel very welcomed.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The kitchen is fully stocked and was a pleasure to cook in. Lawrence was extremely responsive to any questions. The home was very comfortable for a multigenerational family gathering!

My children, close family and friends gathered in this beautiful home for my 50th birthday staycation weekend. We felt right at home and loved the beautiful water views, the dock for fishing and being picked up by boat, walks to the nearby beach, the hot tub/pool, and the amazing kitchen/island where we spent lots of time eating and talking! We had lots of room for family members to stay over as well! The hosts were gracious with an early check-in, helpful, and very responsive! I highly recommend this beautiful, relaxing waterfront home!
