This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. Excellent place, very spacious, great neighborhood for walking, Sarah was very responsive and gave me everything I needed for a month long stay, would definitely stay again.

Thank you for hosting us during a busy time of the year. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect place to wind-down after the fast paced work days we were engaged in. Breakfast was provided, as an additional bonus to the accommodation and lush surroundings. Photos and description of the BnB were as detailed in the profile. Supporting staff were very accommodating. It was wonderful staying here! Everything from the hot tub and pool to the beaches only a short distance away were all soo wonderful. But most importantly, they were both wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed staying here. The space was a bit on the smaller side but it was well appointed. We had everything that we needed and everything worked. Best part was the hot tub, which was just the added touch we needed.

To give you an idea of how much I enjoyed my stay here, I’m currently in Miami at a luxury hotel that cost 3x times more and has a rooftop pool, and I find myself wishing I was back in Tampa, the vibes of this AirBNB is unmatched. Best place to book in Tampa for sure.

Oh my goodness we loved Kevin‘s place. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including comfortable bed hot shower and well appointed kitchen. Hope to stay there again next time we’re in Tampa.

Liz is a very responsive and helpful host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Liz helped us turn on the AC when temperature dropped. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are provided as described. The location is a little far from downtown Tampa and the beach but it didn't become a big problem (it's also quite close to the airport which is great). We spent the New Year holidays there and we had a chance to see some amazing fireworks! We really enjoyed the stay.

Extremely comfortable, we loved staying here. It was better than we imagined. The kitchen area had everything we needed, the shower was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. It was also beautifully decorated and I especially loved having an outdoor area where we could enjoy. We would definitely stay here again. Our hosts also checked with us to make sure everything was ok!

It was a joy to stay at Denise’s place! I am so grateful we found her place. She was very responsive and such a friendly host. She gave us tons of recommendations of what to do around South Tampa and I had no clue there was so much! Location is very convenient and walkable. Needless to say, next time we’re at Tampa we hope to stay at Denise’s place again!

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰

Dinae and Bob were amazing, place was unbelievably gorgeous and peaceful, i will definitely come back, highly recommend this place.
