Monthly Rentals in Talagala

Being nature-lovers, we really enjoy the peace and quiet of this home and its neighbourhood. Waking up to birds chirping and no sound of blaring horns is a blessing. Mr.Kokila is a very pleasant host, always with a smile and very responsive. We have been here for only two months and have grown to love the place even more. There are security cameras attached to all sides of the home, with a monitor showing the screens, which ensures a feeling of safety. Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms with water heaters. Kitchen has amenities like rice cooker, gas stove, cutlery, pots and pans etc The kitchen also has a back-door and it feels airy and pleasant. Our overall experience has been wonderful and we wish the same for the next guests as well!! Happy stay :)

Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

Amazing place by Sam. Shines his brother in law took care of everything for us. From the housekeeping to giving us recommendations around the area. Awesome hospitality from them . Would definitely visit their house again. Thanks once again

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.
