Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Table View

We stayed in Markus’s place for a few days over December. We had both the top and bottom house - the stay was super pleasant and the accommodation lovely. Thanks for a great stay! Oh and Mollie was super friendly and amazing

We really enjoyed the beautiful house and lovely neighborhood. The old farmhouse has a a great little garden that provides you with some shade during hot days in Capetown and we really loved it, just like the pool. The roof top is perfect for a sundowner with a great view to table mountain and Lion‘s head. You have great restaurants and bars in walking distance and a supermarket within two minutes but it’s still perfectly quiet in and around the premises. Lovely place - we will be back

We loved staying at Tamsins home for a month with our 3 kids. Everything was as described, she was always available if we had a problem and very friendly. The big garden made us feel like we lived in a small jungle - it was really beautiful. And her housekeeper is so kind and helpful as well. We can only recommend it and would love to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. It was great that each person could have their own space. There is nothing quite like falling asleep & waking up to the sounds of the sea. Rachelle's beach home is the epitome of South African West Coast style, especially the outside living area under the verandah. The inside is incredibly charming and every room is very well appointed. We enjoyed whiling away the hours, watching the world go by, waves rolling in, breathtaking sunsets followed by gazing at the Southern stars. Melkbos has a wide arrange of restaurants, most within walking distance and the supermarkets & shops are just 5 mins drive away for self catering options and sunset braai's. Whether you like to walk along the beach collecting shells or go surfing, the options are endless. The Swartland wine region is easily explorable from here as is central Cape Town. Such a wonderful relaxed environment, and next time we will be sure to stay for 2 weeks instead of just one.

We had a wonderful stay in August (winter, 8 days with 2 teenagers). The property is exactly as described and has everything you might need. The neighborhood feels safe and has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. It's a 3 minute walk to the ocean, 10 minute drive to the V&A and downtown, so a great location to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas. Jenny is an excellent host, friendly and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.

The team behind the booking was exceptional. Responsive, available and no hassle check-in/out. We were really comfortable in the apartment - from ceiling fans in the bedrooms, to a portable air conditioner, Netflix with surround sound and a large screen television. However, the TV was not used as you have so much in walking distance, that you'd best enjoy your time outside. The property is secure with access control. One road up and you're in the main road of Sea Point with all the shopping and restaurants. Awesome access to the promenade for runs as well as the public swimming pools. If you're a keen outdoors, walking type of person, this is a great property as you can walk to Clifton through Bantry Bay with beautiful views. The apartment also has lots of books to read on that odd day when the weather turns. They have also provided a washer/drier and there is a dishwasher, should you decide to cook. Great property, awesome hosts.

I loved my stay in this charming Greenpoint apartment! The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still incredibly convenient. I was just a stone's throw from the vibrant V&A Waterfront and some of the most incredible restaurants in Cape Town. Safety was never a concern, which let me relax and enjoy my trip. The neighbourhood strikes a fantastic balance - peaceful enough for a good night's sleep but lively enough to have plenty of dining and entertainment options at your doorstep. Greenpoint is truly a gem, and this Airbnb made my Cape Town experience memorable and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for a well-located, safe, and comfortable base to explore Cape Town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house was amazingly beautiful, clean, functional and conducive to relaxation and fun for all the family - I, for one, didn't want to leave! Jo was so kind and supportive, easy-going and accommodating. When some of the appliances broke (not by our hands!) she was quick to find alternatives for us so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced. Things go awry in homes - it happens - but it worked out due to Jo's quick thinking! We didn't need to ask about what to do in Cape Town as we have made many trips before but I am sure sh'ed offer help in that regard if one needed it. I can't say enough about how lovely it was to have on many of the days, a domestic helper on hand to wash up, make beds, etc. What a treat that was! I highly recommend this airbnb - especially for family reunions as there is plenty of space to go around! Thank you Jo!!

We had a perfect time staying here for our visit to Cape Town. Cedric was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We did not walk into town, but getting Ubers was incredibly easy. The house was beautiful and a perfect place to unwind after a day of sight-seeing. There are quite a lot of stairs in the house, not an issue for us, but just to note if you or family has mobility concerns. Really can't say enough good things about Cedric and the house, would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful holiday in Candice’s home. The house had everything and more that we required for the 7 of us. Clean, fresh, secure with added benefits of air conditioning, solar power and jojo tanks ( no risk of power and water outages). The live in housekeeper was friendly, reliable and helpful. I would recommend her if you want some help. I would definitely book the home or the cottage again.

Johnathan was extremely helpful allowing us to drop our luggage off early and working to accommodate any other needs. The villa was exactly as described and is even more breathtaking in person! My only complaint is that there is no AC/Fans in the villa. You can leave the sliding doors open to allow air in, but when we did that we were visited by some larger than normal spiders. Scary for us but maybe not a concern for you if you’re not afraid of spiders. I would recommend some standing fans for the bedrooms as it can get pretty hot at night and not everyone would like to sleep with the doors open.

Beautiful clean and well maintained villa
