Monthly Rentals in Sunset

This was the second time we stayed at this house and pleased again with the cleanliness and privacy. This is extremely close to ULL which is what I was looking for and fit the bill perfectly. On the weekends there is a little bit of noise from the traffic outside but overall did not affect our stay.

We have stayed multiple times at the Cajun Cottage and highly recommend! For us it is close to all of the important things - family, Super 1 grocery store (great deli), restaurants, Lafayette, and best of all, Don's specialty meats in Carencro for the best boudin and cracklins! Don't forget there are swamp tours nearby, and the prettiest church, St. Pete's, right there in Carencro, just five minutes away. One last thing - we feel SAFE and secure in this cottage and that is a huge plus when traveling!

Adorable home! Stacie is amazing and extemely helpful. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight, the water gets super hot and the water pressure in the shower is superb! We will definitely be staying here on future trips to the area. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be the lack of any marker on the street to help find the driveway and address. But that was only an issue because we arrived after dark, during the day the house number is perfectly visible.

This was my fourth stay there and it was as delightful and restful as before. Quiet and private. Beautifully wooded grounds. Artistic and authentic historic touches throughout. I look forward to staying there again.
