Dream house on the beach paradise. A place that has everything for a family vacation to be perfect. Delicious home prepared to receive. Comfortable rooms. Super full kitchen. Cozy, practical furniture, great house finishes for a beach house, delicious pool, house with support for children's play, such as float, ball, games... everything! Privileged place in front of the departure of tours, close to the best restaurant in the region. There's nothing that can be even better. Fernanda gave us all the support from the beginning, she helped us with everything. I only have good memories for those days.

Our stay in Pipa was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location just 20 min by foot from the center avenue. What made it even more special was the kindness of our host and the wonderful people who took care of the house—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Pipa, we highly recommend this home. Can't wait to come back!

The house is excellent, well equipped. It looks like a farm, very quiet. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Wi-Fi works well. The only thing, however, is that there is no phone signal. Since we were on vacation, this was not a problem for us. We were warmly welcomed and had the full support of the hosts.

I recommend the super organized, clean (super fragrant bed and bath linens) and functional house with all the utensils we needed, including the helpful employee who left everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we used at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation of Antonio e Rosângela is great! The backyard is a delightful and beautifully cared for by Rosângela who is very kind and discreet. The kit was equipped with everything necessary and carefully cleaned. It is located in a special Christmas corner where we access the beach on foot in a 15-minute walk. I felt at home.

Very nice stay in Rodrigo's house! There were 7 of us, including 2 children. Comfortable beds, beautiful garden area with several places to stroll! The caretaker and his wife were welcoming, prepared some small dishes for us and were attentive to us! The beach is at the end of the garden and frequented by few people! Nothing negative to say! My partner is Brazilian and so there was no communication problem otherwise few people speak English in the area!

Cannot describe in words what a magical home this is. We were apprehensive at first wondering if it would live up to the pictures and the price but we were blown away. Suzanne was super responsive. She addressed all our requests including an extra mattress and a JBL speaker. Not only is the home spectacular but the service wow! Dahyani the house manager took care of anything we needed. The meals prepared by the two chefs were restaurant level - we ended up only eating out once. The house is right next door to the Gostoso kite surf school which made it super convenient to take lessons. This is hands down the most beautiful home in San Miguel de Gostoso.

The property met 100% of the expectations. The listing's description and photos are over. All rooms tastefully decorated. All clean. Clean and functional kitchen integrated with living room, balcony and garden. The garden area with the pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Sofia, the hostess, gave us all attention during our stay, worrying about our well-being. His housekeeper, Fabiana, who is native to the site, is a lovely person, giving us all the support daily. Anyway, they were very fruitful days, with tranquility and rest. It's worth it !

The house is in a quiet condominium near the beach, great for those looking for a few days of rest. The house is spacious, has a great pool and barbecue area. It has the necessary utensils for a good stay.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!

Mrs. Mônica and her husband are respectful, discreet and the house has what is needed as a stove, beds, household utensils and the bbq and pool work properly. The air conditioners are working, the rooms are really suites and for 06 days we were comfortable. We need to arrive early and leave early and it was very quiet this dialogue. The internet as in every location is not so good, but it met the need. The house is located at the beginning of the village of Ponta Negra, but this did not cause any problems. It is very close to the excellent Cameroon and Pinga Fogo restaurants... That is, we indicate the house yes and it is ideal for families. However, the displacement is only indicated by private car or Uber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WALKING ON FOOT.
