Great atmosphere! Place that reminds me of peace and quiet! Bruno and all the other employees are always requested.

The house is in a well located condominium, easy access, family and organized. All electrical and hydraulic installations functioning normally, towels and linens, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20 liters bottles, good refrigerator, big table... all very good. In the rooms everything works well, cool air, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the seeing and the breeze of the sea refreshes the environment well. Only attentive to the floor of the slippery bathroom mainly for children or the elderly. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and in the condominium premises.

The house is wonderful, very clean, smelling, with great space, very cozy, close to everything. We took our pet and he adapted super well, gentle and caring amphritrions, they welcomed us very well. We really enjoyed our stay at the house.

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Great stay! I had to stay for a short time at not very flexible times due to the circumstances but Gustavo welcomed me very well, even late at night! It was all excellent and he was very friendly and welcoming! I spent little time at the property but it seems to be excellent to gather a lot of friends and enjoy it!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

The accommodation is great , the house has a very large airy structure, a well-planned environment. Larissa was very attentive ,kind and kept on standby for all questions and requests . The location is the high point of the accommodation is right next to the mall , restaurants and beaches .

First, we were very well received. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with most of the kitchen utensils available, plus full BBQ accessories. Both the adults and the children made the most of these days of lodging. We chose to have breakfast at the partner hotel, which is close to the beach – an even more enjoyable experience with the sea view. The host's administration team was very attentive, always checking if we needed anything. All of our questions were answered quickly. The Niele chambermaid is excellent and is always at your disposal to help us tbm. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be staying here again!

Great place! I'll definitely be back. Just a suggestion, I saw some comments that you could go to the center on foot… it's a very long walk, I recommend if you have some kind of locomotion without being the legs!

The apartment is very well located, the best of all is the balcony with sea view, ideal for dining at home enjoying a good wine. The best apartment I stayed on Airbnb. Very spacious, clean, organized and with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. As a suggestion, and to get even better, the shower can be changed by one that has a higher flow and put some shelf or cupboard for the second room. Wonderful swimming pool. Place is in a very quiet place that is at the same time distant from the noise and close to the center. I'll come back for sure.

Everything perfect, very good accommodation, there is everything, everything very organized, close to the center of Pipa, bars , cafeterias, pharmacy, beach, you can walk without problem, wonderful pool, very good condominium restaurant price, people meet super well, the only complaint to make would be the noise of the guest from above I believe, I don't know if he is a resident or if he was rented but it was a child's noise pulling furniture very often, I stayed in AP 02 , the most only compliments. The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Our experience was great. Comfortable, cozy, clean and well equiped apartment. Not counting on the resort structure and access to the beach where we were able to enjoy a lot. The hosts and staff of the resort are very attentive, they have given us tips on tours and restaurants to improve our trip. Indico to all.
