We love the accommodation. The property is ample, with outdoors (balcony and backyard/service area) well cared for and functional (it has a tank and clothesline that are fundamental but beach accommodations, since they allow the washing and drying of bathing clothes without "stuffing" the interior environment of the accommodation). The decoration, rustic with elegant and functional details, pleased us a lot, providing a well being that, if not taken care of, can make you stay in the accommodation for a long time, reducing the time to explore the external attractions of Pipa. For the evening, in our case that we do not enjoy nights, it was excellent to enjoy the spacious, air-conditioned and well thought-out lighting space that the accommodation offers. The condominium is very well taken care of, with present and well located surveillance, located near the center of Pipa, without, however, being in the confusion of the centrinho. In addition, by car, the condominium is in a strategic position. Anyway, we recommend accommodation

The house is in a well located condominium, easy access, family and organized. All electrical and hydraulic installations functioning normally, towels and linens, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20 liters bottles, good refrigerator, big table... all very good. In the rooms everything works well, cool air, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the seeing and the breeze of the sea refreshes the environment well. Only attentive to the floor of the slippery bathroom mainly for children or the elderly. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and in the condominium premises.

Really great place in Pipa. I would highly recommend it. It is on a street that is very close to the center but also quiet. Supermarket is close. Praia Amor is only 5 minutes walk. Nice family that is very hospitable and will help you with questions or if you need anything.

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Sabrina's excellent accommodation was extremely kind and attentive. The home is consistent with advertised, all new and in perfect condition. The kitchen equipped for meals and sheets and smelling towels. There are in the kitchen some seasonings that is good for transit. About the location is far from the center 2km, you need to get around, but there is a quiet region, I even woke up with the sound of the birds. It is well worth it. Super recommend

the flat is amazing, sorry we were only 2 days, but the condominium is great, very calm, and with a great pool, the condominium staff are also very friendly and polite, as to the flat, exceeded my expectations, and ample, good and comfortable rooms, the bathrooms are also very large, the host Diego, very polite, very friendly, responds quickly. I went with my partner and we love it, not only is the accommodation beautiful but also had an ocean view from the impressive balcony. The best thing is that there was a steam iron and hairdryer. It is super recommended. I would definitely be back !!

Special highlight for the location: on the main street of Pipa, but before the part that is with restricted access for cars , allowing easy travel by car at any time of the day. Taking away the location, which did not beat, because the condominium's name is Solar Pipa Aguas, I don't have anything to say. They were wonderful days, so much so that I still paid a day outside. The cozy estate, by the pool of the waterfall. You'll feel right at home. Mr. Aurino very attentive, always available! The site near the center and close to the center beach, you could do everything on foot! I'll be back soon

My stay was 7 days and it was excellent. My family and I enjoyed the place a lot. The house is beautiful and organized, Ulf and Catherine always available to help. The location is perfect, is an 8 minute walk from the center and have several nearby markets, pharmacy, etc. The Amor beach is a few meters away, 2 minutes hike.

I had previously stayed at the flats, with Alexandre it was no different. Good location, good accommodation, great price. I recommend it to everyone with the proposal to stay at the center of Pipa.

Fantastic accommodation. Two full bathrooms, showers with very good pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Aires conditioning works very well. The carport included is very useful and comfortable. Very safe building. Good beach options. Great place.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

We had a great stay! Hosts were very attentive and always responded quickly. The pool is great, the apartment is great, and the jacuzzi is very nice. The condominium is also very nice, providing a very comfortable experience. I'll definitely come back more often!
