Beach house vacation rentals in State of Rio Grande do Norte

Without doubt, one of the main positive points is the location, practically within the central beach and all the central part of Pipa, making it easy to access several places. The much larger balcony than it features in the photos, perfect for a coffee and enjoying the late afternoon! The air-conditioning mainly at 3:00 pm when the sun hits the bedroom wall can't cool enough. Super recommend the accommodation.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The house is beautiful, large, well-equipped and the place is very quiet. The condominium is a few minutes by car from downtown São Miguel. As we went in the low season we had the beach and pool almost private, but the city did not have many establishments open. When the tide lowers the beach makes pools that are great for those who have babies. We love the stay and we intend to return!

This was a great Villa to stay in, the place was even better than the photographs on the website. From the perfect location (on the beach) the hosts have everything you need inside for a luxury villa like this from coffee machines, air fryers, plenty of utensils for dinner party or BBQ! The place is safe, secure and in a very welcoming town. We loved our stay here and we will certainly be going back to stay in this villa in the future!

Very good stay, the house is very well maintained, everything is clean and organized, excellent pool, good location, the beach at low tide has several very good pools for the kids to play. The house is very nice, we really enjoyed it.

The house has a beautiful sea view, is spacious and very well maintained, the decor is in very good taste, with inspirational items and art. It has 6 en-suites, with comfortable beds, linens and clean, fragrant towels. New air-conditioners in great working order. The living room has a state-of-the-art TV, and well-planned furniture. The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!

A great place to spend the summer

Very nice new house. Lots of cooking and barbecue grill utensils. Good rooms with impeccable linens. Recommended. Tip: Leave the car outside to enjoy the space of the house better.

We loved our stay here! Guilherme is so nice, accommodating, and prompt to respond. He had filtered water and ice cubes set up for our arrival, a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the furniture is comfortable, the area is quiet and very safe (the security team is lovely). It’s not very walkable to Pipa (although we did walk twice) but it was really nice staying in between Pipa and Tibau do Sul, we ended up going back and forth to both areas. You can also take the beach path to Maderio. We dream of staying here again, it was an amazing experience. Thanks for everything x

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

The accommodation is great , the house has a very large airy structure, a well-planned environment. Larissa was very attentive ,kind and kept on standby for all questions and requests . The location is the high point of the accommodation is right next to the mall , restaurants and beaches .

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

The house was super nice beautiful pool. Niele was amazing she took care of us and the family the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was great!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. There were 7 of us and it accommodated us very well. Everything is very clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, but at the end of the night, the streets are quite deserted. To go down to Ponta Negra beach, I recommend going by car (Uber or your own), although it is close, there are steep slopes on the way. There are markets, bakeries, pharmacies and the like near the property. I didn't find any negative points in this stay. 100% satisfied.

The house was clean , offers the utensils you need to prepare meals, it is also close to commerce and pizzerias. The upper floor room has a beautiful view of the sea. The house is very close to the beach, where we were able to bathe as it forms natural pools, we walked by the sea and enjoyed the sunset. The small swimming pool is very cool for those with a child, my 3-year-old daughter very much liked being shallow.

Everything was great, new and tidy house, beach view, close to downtown street. I recommend it and would return.

The condominium is a small oasis in SMG and the house of Matthieu and Ana form part of this beauty. An extremely welcoming place, with all very good taste and highlighting the purpose of this platform, which is to make us feel at home. And so it was. We spent 5 days at home, away from our homes. A point by and very high of Matthieu's house is Nenê, a charm of person and one that has the most amazing recipes of the region stored in its repertoire. One day she delighted us with an octopus vinaigrette and a moqueca that was from another world. I would spend an entire month enjoying this place and tasting all the dishes Nenê could make with the fresh seafood of the region. Extremely recommended.

Andreas place was out of a movie perfect. Truly a hidden gem! We will be back. And highly recommend.
