The space is perfect and pleasant, left to be desired on the internet because there is no internet in the house and the signal that was made available arrived very weak in the house and did not connect, we felt that there was a friend couple in the city and we can not receive them because there is a rate of 150.00 per visitor in the house not which I found absurd without mentioning that it was the first time I came this in the accommodations that I stayed, outside of this I have nothing to complain about.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The three private patio suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high feet, spacious bathrooms. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea became a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea that was gorgeous. Great house within a gated condominium, easy access to the beach (condominium with private access), great swimming pool with sauna and the possibility of accessing the hostel (within the condominium) for meals, but it is necessary to schedule in advance of at least one day.

Casa Araçá is awesome. The place is perfect, above the beach, the views of the house are beautiful. But the house itself deserves a 10. It's spacious, functional, perfectly equipped to cook whatever you want. It has great quality appliances, full rooms, comfortable, and above all exceptional good taste. It's a great house. The house is excellent, spacious and comfortable. A great beach house experience, with integration with nature and the beauty of the place. All very thin and comfortable, with a touch of simplicity. The house has the necessary utensils for a great stay. We also had the assistance of Fátima, always very kind and that made all the difference. We love the time we spent there.

The host is helpful and generous, made our stay easier from the beginning, I just have to thank you! The house has a beautiful sea view, is wide and very well cared for, the decor has great taste, with items of inspiration and art. It has 6 suites, with comfortable beds, clean and smelling bedding and towels. New and optimally functioning Ares-conditionados. The room has a state-of-the-art TV, with well planned furniture. The kitchen is an Up Grade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for baking work, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we carry. Pool is a show, very good! The local security, and admirable house structure. We feel very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And since I couldn't help but talk about Rosi, our receptive, she's a sweet person. Felizes!

The home is just like the photos. Linda, organized, cozy and functional. Very well-equipped in the kitchen and with good bed/bath linens. It's inside the Cond. Monte Alegre which has a great beach for bathing. The condominium itself is not as well taken care of as the houses, the pool and the playground need maintenance. Communication with Ana was always very good, very attentive. The only suggestion would be: more net-owners on that wonderful balcony.

My stay was simply spotless From the moment we set our outbound date, Guilherme, the host, gave us security and a lot of attention. Check in was fast and efficient, and I immediately felt at home. The room was a true refuge of comfort and elegance. The decoration was of very good taste, with quality furniture and a comfortable bed that gave me good nights of rest after a lot of beach. The cleaning was impeccable, and all the details were carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort. The trail is charming for those who likes to be enveloped by nature. Madeiro beach, I don't even have anything to talk about, it's amazing, my favorite since the first time I went to Pipa. Who loves this beach like me, I highly recommend this accommodation for easy access and arrival at the beach. We love it! We are grateful for the wonderful stay with the certainty that from now on whenever I return to Pipa, I will stay here!!

The hosts were impeccable, super fast and thoughtful. house organized and clean, with everything we need! The cost benefit did not find it as valid due to the location and size of the pool smaller than expected. A gambazinho entered the house, do not harm it, it is an animal protected by law and it does no harm to us!

First, we were very well received. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with most of the kitchen utensils available, plus full BBQ accessories. Both the adults and the children made the most of these days of lodging. We chose to have breakfast at the partner hotel, which is close to the beach – an even more enjoyable experience with the sea view. The host's administration team was very attentive, always checking if we needed anything. All of our questions were answered quickly. The Niele chambermaid is excellent and is always at your disposal to help us tbm. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be staying here again!

The house is exactly as it is in the pictures. We went in 7 people and it accommodated us very well. All very clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, but at the end of the night, the streets are quite deserted. To get off to the beach of Ponta Negra, I recommend going by car (Uber or own), although it is close, there are steep hills on the way. There are markets, bakeries, pharmacies and the like near the property. I did not find any negative points in this stay. 100% satisfied.

We love the house, has a very basic market next door, close to the beach, in a quieter region of barra de cunhaú, far from the noise and the mess. Perfect for us. The stay was great, a big house, I believe it holds quiet 4 people because the sofa is large, the yard and the front area are big and my dogs loved it, all with good energy, easy access and gave parking on the street, quiet, in front there is a hostel that gives you to have breakfast and everything else…. The very attentive and helpful host, left even my little doghals. The house is very close to the central street, but quiet enough to rest.
