Everton's place is excellent. Has a wonderful balcony where you can see the sea right under you. The Host is very helpful and the property is close to the beaches and the center . I recommend it.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The three private patio suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high feet, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, coupled with the airy dining room, the sofas go straight to the breeze that comes from the sea, very nice. Beautiful and pleasant living spaces. The part of the pool is differential of the house. A spacious table in the atmosphere of the barbecue and pizza oven, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The very good location, foot in the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea became a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea that was gorgeous. The highlight of the high point, what most distinguishes and values the stay are the homemade Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stay in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

Wonderful stay. The duplex is impeccable, as per the description and the photos. The location is easy to access. Quiet condominium, great for those who go with family. Ponta Negra dispenses presentation, best place of Christmas. Beatriz was a great host, always kind and quick to answer any questions from us. We found a good place to stay whenever we went to Christmas as a family.

I like it and looked for a quiet space. There in the condominium was all that. The most important and what would make me come back was the fact that Alessandra was by my side when I needed it. The house is very cozy, beautiful and well planned. Environments are integrated, very airy, safe, within a condominium , has the beach club that is nearby and brings convenience and other options besides the house. The pool has a suitable size, not so large and not so small, beautiful lighting.

The house is excellent, spacious and comfortable. A great beach house experience, with integration with nature and the beauty of the place. All very thin and comfortable, with a touch of simplicity. The house has the necessary utensils for a great stay. We also had the assistance of Fátima, always very kind and that made all the difference. We love the time we spent there.

The host is helpful and generous, made our stay easier from the beginning, I just have to thank you! The house has a beautiful sea view, is wide and very well cared for, the decor has great taste, with items of inspiration and art. It has 6 suites, with comfortable beds, clean and smelling bedding and towels. New and optimally functioning Ares-conditionados. The room has a state-of-the-art TV, with well planned furniture. The kitchen is an Up Grade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for baking work, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we carry. Pool is a show, very good! The local security, and admirable house structure. We feel very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And since I couldn't help but talk about Rosi, our receptive, she's a sweet person. Felizes!

The home is just like the photos. Linda, organized, cozy and functional. Very well-equipped in the kitchen and with good bed/bath linens. It's inside the Cond. Monte Alegre which has a great beach for bathing. The condominium itself is not as well taken care of as the houses, the pool and the playground need maintenance. Communication with Ana was always very good, very attentive. The only suggestion would be: more net-owners on that wonderful balcony.

We love the accommodation. The property is ample, with outdoors (balcony and backyard/service area) well cared for and functional (it has a tank and clothesline that are fundamental but beach accommodations, since they allow the washing and drying of bathing clothes without "stuffing" the interior environment of the accommodation). The decoration, rustic with elegant and functional details, pleased us a lot, providing a well being that, if not taken care of, can make you stay in the accommodation for a long time, reducing the time to explore the external attractions of Pipa. For the evening, in our case that we do not enjoy nights, it was excellent to enjoy the spacious, air-conditioned and well thought-out lighting space that the accommodation offers. The condominium is very well taken care of, with present and well located surveillance, located near the center of Pipa, without, however, being in the confusion of the centrinho. In addition, by car, the condominium is in a strategic position. Anyway, we recommend accommodation

We spent great days in Natal, the accommodation was everything needed for comfort and use during lodging. The house is like the ad, comfortable and clean. I recommend the accommodation, made our days better for the structure it had, in addition to its Vicente being helpful to whatever was necessary!

We highly recommend Casa Araçá to enjoy the paradise of São Miguel do Gsotoso in familia - Everything perfect! Casa Araça is super cozy and accommodates well 3 people in each suite. The entire team of Casa Araça was always ready to meet us very kindly and quickly, especially Joelma who is very attentive. We had the support of Chef Nenê, who was nominated by Fátima and who prepared the breakfast and the delicious lunch, which was very much missed.

The stay was great, a big house, I believe it holds quiet 4 people because the sofa is large, the yard and the front area are big and my dogs loved it, all with good energy, easy access and gave parking on the street, quiet, in front there is a hostel that gives you to have breakfast and everything else…. The very attentive and helpful host, left even my little doghals. The house is very close to the central street, but quiet enough to rest.

Truly all beautiful, and a privilege with a clean pool and well-maintained facing the sea. We had a problem with the air-conditioning, but because it is a holiday with the weekend, the AC maintenance boy cannot serve us, however we do not go through heat because it is VERY VENTILATED. All it takes is an open crack for the curtains to swing. Electric huveiros have stopped working, but it is understandable, because with the sea the resistances last very little. No mais is an impressive view and I recommend to the next guests to contact each other to hear about their availability.
