My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

The house is breath-taking, semi-detached built 2018, part of a development of 8, with prime direct commanding views of the beach, only 200 metres away. It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours, boho-chic in nature. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV. We are only 200yrd from the South West Coastal Path. Incredible views

Tides Reach can be booked together with Waves End next door to sleep 8 persons. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Spend romantic evenings in one of the local restaurants watching the sun set over the ocean. The perfect getaway for families & couples. Sorry no pets.

Fantastically situated in a quiet road in the heart of the old fishing quarter next to the Island, yet a stone’s throw to Porthgwidden, Porthmeor and Harbour Beaches as well as local shops, galleries, pubs, cafes and numerous restaurants. This truly is a perfect location and from home to home. We will accept a well behaved dog, please note this is an upside down house!
