Fantastically situated in a quiet road in the heart of the old fishing quarter next to the Island, yet a stone’s throw to Porthgwidden, Porthmeor and Harbour Beaches as well as local shops, galleries, pubs, cafes and numerous restaurants. This truly is a perfect location and from home to home. We will accept a well behaved dog, please note this is an upside down house!

Recently renovated, this comfortable modern flat is perfect for couples and solo travellers. Perfectly located 1 minute from Towan beach, next to coffee shops, restaurants and the town centre. High speed internet, washing machine, great hot shower in ensuite bathroom. Ground floor, so easy access and has little balcony on front. Parking is free outside on the road, first come first served. Also council carpark very close called "MountWise".
