House vacation rentals in South Goa

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

very clear instructions to reach the place. Place is very well located near the beach, access to beach takes a few minutes. Very quiet place,a lot of bird sounds. Caretakers Gautam and Shanu were great,great food they were preparing. We were a group of eight people preferred to dine in the bungalow rather than any fancy restaurant. The place is spacious. Out of four bedrooms, one is big with a extra mattress on flour, second is smaller but decent size,two small bedrooms are in a separate part adjacent. Bathrooms were clean with hot and cold water. stayed there for 12 days and really fealt comfortable.

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

dubinsky and his team were great from start to finish, there was a slight issue with the original Airbnb we had gotten with them but dubinsky and his team sorted out the issue immediately. my friend also left his shoes at one of the properties and the team collected and kept them at the office for his to collect it the next day. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with their friends. the care taker was also extremely helpful and gave us tips and helped us along the way by booking us taxis and making sure we felt at home. I will definitely be looking into booking another property with dubinsky and his team in the future when I'm next in goa!

Great place to stay with your large group or family. The place is extremely well maintained and the pool is amazing. The butlers were really helpful and helped us in managing our stay well. Master bedroom bathtub, Jacuzzi pool and the green surroundings surely made us feel amazing. The villa is one of 10 and the common pool is also amazing. All in all a great deal.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vagator, Goa! The location was perfect, just a stone’s throw from the vibrant beaches and nightlife. The ambiance of the property was fantastic—chill, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were excellent and made our stay super convenient. We hosted a bachelor party here, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a memorable time in Goa!

Indrajit place was neat and clean. He is a good host. Resolved all our queries and problem immediately. The location was little bit away not as listed on the airbnb, although within 1km range.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

We were 7 guests stayed in Sanjana’s property. The check in was smooth, the property felt very spacious when we first stepped in. Coffee tea machine was a big fascinating point. The property was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit south goa. It is very nearby to colva beach, and we want to give a shoutout to the caretaker Suresh Ji, who was very helpful and kind in our entire period of stay. We also forgot some of our clothes in the property and went to north goa and still he was generous enough to say that you can come anytime in the night also to collect them and actually we reached there at around 1:30 am and was very responsive and handed over our clothes with a smile. So we want to thank Sanjana and Ravi and also suresh ji for giving this wonderful experience to all of us.

The villa was clean and all things were in place as per photos. Ally was responsive and always available for any help. Our was short stay but property was very good. Beach was 2 km away and other eateries option available across. The surroundings were also clean. U will enjoy ur stay.

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

The location is great with grocery stores and important shops near by. Carmelina was very helpful and welcoming. The stay is cozy and well suited for 2 people.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

This place is perfect to come back to after a day full of being in goa. The place is spacious, resourced and it was as clean as it could get and the area is very peaceful. Everything good on one side, best part is that how amazing Vishnupriya & Raviraj are. Have never met any hosts like them. They are pure hearted, helpful and proactive in ensuring that you have the smoothest experience at every second. They welcomed us and it felt right at home. We got complimentary groceries as well! Raviraj suggested us the perfect places for what we wanted to do and he was always just a call away no matter what time of the day it was. Definitely one of the best experiences we had had on airbnbs.

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

Beautiful villa that captured the character of Goa. Everything was very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Safe and private location too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Goa, and it was an amazing experience! The location is close to all restaurants & north goa attractions and beaches, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for including comfortable beds, and a cozy living area, outdoor area. Our host Ashok & caretaker Narayan was warm ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Ashok provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.
