Vacation rentals with a hot tub in South Goa

We were a large group of friends and we had a wonderful stay at Prannay's villa. The rooms were very clean and the common areas and the pool in general were very well maintained. The sales rep and the caretaker (Viraj) were very courteous and helped us with everything needed. There are tiny resto bars within a 5 minute walk from the place. And with a 5-10 minute drive, one can access the various shacks/restaurants on the Morjim beach. I would recommend staying here!

It was an awesome experience all together, the staff was cooperative and helpful and they were always available. I remember taking their help at 3 am in the morning. The asthetic appeal of the place left me speechless. It was better than what is shown in the images. The amenities like swimming pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and fun to use. The location is also very prime and close to 600 meters from the beach.

We stayed at the property in 2025 February. The property is exceptional is style, design and facilities. Common spaces such as pool and garden are very well maintained and peaceful, as if very remotely from city buzz. Dishes that were prepared by kitchen staff was also great, one of the best we had during this trip. Thanks for stay, we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay in this elegant looking apartment , it is extremely well maintained with pleasant and clean gardens which is your first view on arrival along with the pool shared between two apartments . Inside was also exceptionally clean with quality bedding and towels and mattresses . The furnishings and decor items were all good quality. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality items all white and sufficient in numbers for amount of people the house takes . Wine glasses and water glasses and lots of other things you may need to self cater . Filtered water system for drinking water . We slept well as the bedding and beds were so comfortable . Each bedroom has its own ensuite . WiFi in the house. Only thing we would say is we booked when it was showing in Benaulim but actually it is in Colva ,so be aware of this discrepancy by Airbnb . The owners were easily contactable and helpful in all matters .

Beautiful villa that captured the character of Goa. Everything was very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Safe and private location too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Leanne and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. Right from the day we booked, they gave us the confidence that we have booked the right place. Prior to check in date, they started guiding us on what to do and what not. Not just the stay, they made sure that we experienced the best of the restaurants and other places. The property was excellent, there was a help through out our stay who helped us out with our needs.

The property was exceptionally good with calm surroundings, it was exactly as described and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for a group of 6-8 people.

Host was very helpful and acclimating. Probably one of the coolest villa in goa, great interiors and fitting, exceptional service by the staff and overall a must book villa. Definitely staying there again next time!

The villa is in a peaceful location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we could ask for. One of the standout features was the vehicle package offered by the villa, which was a great help in exploring the local area. The convenience of having vehicle available made it so easy to visit nearby attractions, and it really added to the enjoyment for me and my colleagues. The staff Mr Atul at Lux Villa were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. He made sure we had a great time during our visit. One of the highlights of Mr Atul was the delicious breakfast he prepared. The overall vibe of the property is comfort, making it ideal for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A special mention goes to Mr. Sagar, the owner of the villa. He was incredibly helpful.

We had to book this in emergency as our earlier booking had cancelled on us on the day of our landing. Villa Sereno was nothing short of serendipity. Its a 100 year old Portuguese style Villa with spacious rooms and a backyard pool. Raju the caretaker was always available and was very attentive for our needs. 10/10 would recommend to a group of 8 friends or more.

The location was perfect, serene and peaceful, bedrooms were perfectly done and caretaker was very helpful, overall it was a very good stay, enjoyed our time here with friends.

Very nice stay, every moment there was worth it. Proximity to the beach is just 5mins walk. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the sitting area and Jacuzzi was great. We would love to come back again with friends.

Calypso was definitely on the expensive side, but it was worth every penny. The swimming pool was pristine, perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious, with beautiful interiors and thoughtful details. The caretakers were friendly, helpful, and added a graceful touch to the experience. Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Good place just found it overpriced due to December season time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and fell in love with the BnB. The accommodations were warm and inviting, with a home-like atmosphere and all the necessary amenities. A highlight of our stay was being able to take in the breathtaking sunset directly from our bedroom. Our host, Anshuman, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting us with arranging taxis and scooters. Overall, our experience was truly lovely, and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this location . The place is away from the daily hustle and makes you feel in the arms of the nature . Very comfortable stay and great host . Would recommend for a great time
