The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

Sebastio is always ready to help and will definitely recommend for a trip to North Goa for budget travelers .. The room has everything that you need .. Clean linen, hot water and good security with a great location at an excellent price.

This place is really wonderful! Oscar and his wife are very welcoming and friendly and helped us wherever they could. You feel directly at home :-) the house is really beautiful and has enough space for everybody. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it a 100 %. Thank you for this great vacation !!!

An amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy nature and serene beaches of south Goa. The rooms were very neat and clean. The best part of this stay was its staff (very polite and helpful) Special thanks to Bijaya who went extra mile and allocated the room before the check in time and helped us throughout the stay. The breakfast served was really good. I’d highly recommend.

Perfect and comfortable stay!

This place was just great. The location was perfect and quite touristy. Infact Vagator beach is just stone's throw away. The Chapora fort as we all know as Dil Chahta Hai fort is visible from the property. The food was just yummy and I would definitely recommend having meals at their restaurant. Overall great place to stay.

We had planned our stay very last minute and were glad that we chose this beautiful airbnb. The best thing about this place was the staff and their hospitality. Since my wife was pregnant they were taking care of everything and even suggesting what to eat and what not to eat. They helped us in making our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They were always available for all the requirements we had i.e from getting a cab to hiring a scooty. All in all a great experience.

Lovely resort right on the beach. Very good food and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Good balcony with chairs and table outside. Attentive staff who looked after us very well.

it's a great place with amazing view..

This was my 4th visit to Goa and I have not yet encountered a better luxury stay. The place gives you a homely vibe once you settle in your respective cottage and ah, what do I say about the sea view you see right after waking up! It’s mesmerising! And the place serves awesome food, specially their prawn biryani. The staff will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one. We are certainly going to visit again with a bigger group next time :)

My stay was amazing. The location is close to local restaurants and market yet quiet and peaceful. The place is exactly as shown in pictures and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I had a great time and would love to come back.

Check-in right to check-out was good. Nisar was very helpful, he communicated throughout, made local recommendations, and was prompt with his assistance. The property is quaint and near enough to local beaches, eateries etc.

I had a lovely time there. Just 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach and exquisite ocean, lovely cafes and restaurants and supermarket. Terence the caretaker was really kind and helpful. The place was really clean and bright.

This was my first solo trip, and like any other female I too was bit nervous. But the moment I entered the place, it just felt like home. The Hosts Reema and Simon took care of me like their own, and also took me for tour. They asked me what kind of places Id like to explore, and basis on my description they took me to the best places. I was looking for anything away from chaos to connect with myself, and that's what the hosts made possible. During the tour, it did not feel like roaming with any stranger, it simply felt like hanging with family that's how much warm and welcoming both of them were. The stay place is really very peaceful, the rooms are very cozy. It felt so much like my own room, that as I entered the room I would make sure that everything is placed at the right place, and it is clean and tidy. I would never do that In a hotel room. The hosts were always approachable and just one call away for any kind of help. Loved being around them in their property and Goa too.

Had a wonderful stay at Amits place " The Cozy Hotel". Right from the begining the process of booking to chek out Amit was just a call or message away. Great hosspitality as per communication. Staff at the hotel were cooperative, helped with local information and good food was served as per booking. Will recommand others for booking.
