Monthly Rentals in Somerset

So happy to have stayed in Susanne's home! She was so warm and welcoming at our check-in and was ready to answer questions that I now see were already answered in the posting but I had overlooked hahaha. She was kind nonetheless and was helpful! My husband, 2 year old, parents, mother-in-law, and aunt & uncle stayed the weekend for a nearby wedding. We were so pleased to see that there were toys and books for our son! He absolutely loved the home, especially having ample space outside to play and see the cows too! It was a beautiful and peaceful property! Just a note that I wanted to add for future stays in case it's helpful for anyone planning - the full bathroom upstairs is shared between the single beds (bedroom 3 in the pictures) and the queen (bedroom 4). The double bed (bedroom 2) would have to enter through either of the other two rooms to use that bathroom. And then the downstairs bathroom is the only one downstairs. It worked out perfectly fine for us and our arrangements!

This was a perfect stay for the night during our trip to North Carolina. We had no trouble finding the apartment and were able to walk down the street to have dinner. The room was quiet and everything was very clean and well kept. Many thanks for a great stop-over!

We stayed here to attend a nearby wedding venue. We flew in from LA, Seattle, Berlin… the place was so nice and comfortable to settle into after a long flight and drive. We found it to be very clean and sharing one bathroom wasn’t a problem. There were snacks and smores ingredients and plenty of towels. Julie was proactive and friendly.

This was the perfect place to stay while we toured John Madison’s home Montpelier. It was also convenient to the Barboursville vineyards where we went for a tasting. It was very comfortable for us 3 adults with an equipped kitchen for us to enjoy breakfast and a dinner. There’s a lot to do in the area so we may return to this lovely cottage.
