Monthly Rentals in Simmonsville

Anna’s place was exactly as described from the convenience of downtown to the chickens, roosters and Betty the cat welcoming you on the front porch. It was very clean and welcoming. I would be more than happy to stay there again when visiting my son or the Blacksburg/ New River area to enjoy all that area has to offer.

Welcoming space…comfortable bed. Just needed a quiet evening after 2 days of driving. Creek in the back and cows across the road.. found a neighborhood bar a block away (great stew)and coffee shop close short drive to downtown Grateful for the quiet👍

This was our second time we stayed at Donna’s Airbnb, and it was just as delightful as the first time! The location is beautiful with its view of the valley and the horses pasturing just outside the window. Donna has created a lovely and comfortable space inside with everything one might need. The refrigerator is stocked with milk and juice and she has left things like oatmeal and snack bars. Everything is impeccable! The fact that this paradise is just 5 minutes from Main Street is amazing! It feels like you are miles out in the mountains! I am sure that we will be staying here again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Brenda was really commutative and responded right away. My favorite, of course, was the Alpacas! I would definitely recommend this place!
