Peter described the place perfectly! We loved that so many places were within walking distance. We parked in a deck close by and we felt safe. The music didn’t bother us. We either joined in and danced or we put ear plugs in when it was time to sleep. We’d stay here again for another downtown event! Thanks, Peter!

Wayne is truly a SUPER host! Staying at any of his properties will surely be above and beyond what is expected! This stay was the best experience with Air BnB, I’ve ever had. Wayne provided very clear and easy to follow instructions, for checking in. Made sure to follow up and check to see if anything was needed. He was also more than accommodating to allowing me to extend my stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this stay to anyone wanting to be in great proximity to the downtown area!

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

For a couple days in Louisville bouncing in and out of town to explore the Bourbon Trail the place was great. There's a bunch to do around Nulu and the farthest distilleries were about a 35 minute walk. Place was cozy, beds comfortable, and incredibly clean. Parking on the block was never an issue, even on the weekend. Overall, a wonderful place to call home base if you're visiting Louisville!

This is a beautiful apartment within walking distance of lots of things to do - restaurants, shops, library, wineries, museums. There is a lot of ambient light at night, though. Bring a sleep-mask if you like it to be quite dark when sleeping. The steps to get into the apartment are VERY steep - this is not a handicapped-accessible location. The street parking nearest the apartment has a 2 hour limit most days of the week, but there is free parking just behind the library that is closer than you would park if staying at a hotel - not at all an inconvenience, but still something to know. The kitchen was spotless and well-stocked with the basics for cooking. Dishwasher, keurig, toaster, beautiful oven/stovetop, washer and drier, etc. Living room is comfortable and clean, lots of games provided, TV. We were 2 adult couples staying here for a week-long visit of the Louisville area. It was quite perfect. Each couple had their own room and ensuite bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed our couples weekend on the Bourbon Trail. We were close to everything we wanted to do in this BnB and loved having the space to come back to and cook dinner in the evenings and play games. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and perfect for 3 couples!

Great location and great space! The pool table, the huge projector screen, and the game table kept us occupied and the beds were super comfy. The view of the outdoors was amazing. We were lucky to wake up to the first snowy day of the season and it was just gorgeous. I communicated with them a couple times throughout our stay and they were always very responsive and helpful.

This home is absolutely perfect! It was super comfortable with great beds and furniture. It literally had everything we needed and was in a quiet part of town. I enjoyed walking nearby. Jon was extremely responsive to any message or question. Truly a delight to share their home. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed with a couple friends in order to visit the bourbon trail. It was in a perfect location for us and made it easy to get around. It was very clean and easy to find and get into. Would definitely stay here again.

If you have children that attend UK, it is the best location to stay! Walkable to campus and many fun restaurants! Rupp and Kroger Field are a little bit of a hike but doable. I have stayed at 4 AirBNBs in Lexington, and this by far is the best location with the most space including 4 beds and 2 bathrooms.

This is a favorite spot for our family to stay! Beautiful scenery and a great location.

Place was as described and matched the photos provided. Just what we needed for our family in town for a soccer tournament. Good food options within short walking distance of the unit. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in town. Tracey was responsive and provided great detail to make arrival very convenient for us as we got in late at night.

Fantastic location to Rupp and surrounding bars. Maybe a 10 minute walk to them? Safe neighborhood as well. We had no issues walking back from the game at midnight. Place was extremely clean, water didn't smell (Lexington notorious for sulfur smell), good towels and clean linens. If I "had" to complain I would say if you were a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs as you are in the city and get all the normal noises. The water pressure isn't the best and the turn in for the parking lot needs a sign or bright hi-vis marker to let you know you need to turn. None of these are deal breakers. Very pleasant stay and worth the price. Excellent safe & secure parking too. Will be back if they have us. TY

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a long weekend stay for a conference in Louisville. Ameer was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again when I'm back in town.

Would stay again. Very clean. We had one issue with the toilet/plumbing, we were able to resolve it, but host was responsive and friendly throughout and said he'd contact plumber. We were not able to park in the spots near entrance (very tight, some spots taken) but parked on street with no issues.
