Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

The house was just as described. There were a few dings around the house but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. There was plenty of room and comfortable bedding for 10 people and a large kitchen for those of us who like to cook. It's located near all sorts of restaurants and stores and very easy to get where you want to go from there. We also loved how much space there was to park, it made loading and unloading the vehicles very easy. Lastly our host was very helpful and answered questions very quickly, usually within seconds! They were also very understanding and helpful, a snow storm occurred the day before our checkout which made it tough to load our vehicles and leave and they happily let us have a late checkout. All in all this is great place to stay a large family at a good price. Thank you so much!

This home was impeccably clean and so cute! Even better in person than the photos. It was well equipped for all the needs and was perfect for a mom-friend meetup with kids. We loved the semi private spacious yard, quiet almost zero traffic dead end street and the park behind it is amazing with 3 great playgrounds and paved walking path which helped get our kids energy out and was so easily accessible! There was a concert in the park during our stay so that was an added perk and the hot tub was great. We literally ate at home and kicked back with our kiddos and had such a great time. The hosts were also super responsive and friendly and we loved coming in to apples, bananas, snacks and drinks already stocked as an extra bonus. so kind!

I really enjoyed my extended stay in Nathan's home! It was really peaceful and clean. The house was decorated beautifully and you could tell he didn't skimp on furniture, linens, and towels because it was all very nice quality. The house is surrounded by a lot of trees and bushes and the front garden is really pretty. Most mornings I would enjoy my tea on the front deck and in the evenings it was nice to grill out and hang out on the back deck. Also, while I didn't have any issues during my stay Nathan is an excellent and friendly host. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

This was a great place to stay. The plant theme made for a really nice looking home interior, and it's an easy place to get to. We were in town to visit family who live in the southern Indiana area, so this made for a great base.

I enjoyed my two week stay at this cute place. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Instructions for everything were so clear I didn't even need to ask any questions. The bed was very comfortable! I had no problems adjusting the temp to my liking using the vent controls and extra heaters. I also really appreciated having all the staples to cook with in the little kitchen. When there were guests in the above unit, the noise didn't prove to be an issue as they observed the quiet hours and went to bed at reasonable times. As a solo traveler, the place felt very safe. As a remote worker, the WiFi was excellent!

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

Very spacious studio + area - combining an open concept living + bedroom. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Very quiet neighborhood - but conveniently located near expressways. The king size bed is so comfortable- I asked about the bed so I could buy one myself. So many thoughtful welcoming details. Thanks for a lovely stay - would definitely stay again.

Cozy apartment on the second floor. Located in a great part of town - within walking distance to lots of trendy restaurants. Space was filled with natural light. Everything was spotless. Had everything I needed.

Great place to stay! Quick and easy commute to downtown. Downtown Louisville can be very busy and hectic, this airbnb is in a much more docile area and only 10 minutes away. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces and great lighting in the back. This place had everything we needed and more. This will be our “go to” Airbnb whenever we stay in Louisville now!

I booked this place well into the evening, and Bethany responded quickly and had everything good to go within 30 Minutes or so. would def stay here again

Great location and convenient to Buffalo Trace and Downtown Frankfort. Warm and cozy apartment that fit our family’s needs. Plenty of room for the four of us. Sarah was quick to respond to my question. Highly recommend.

Our visit to Louisville was terrific and this condo is the ideal place to stay. The location is 5-10 minutes from everything Louisville has to offer. Rabbit Hole Distillery right across the street, great restaurants and bars just steps away! La Bodegita de Mima has the best Cuban food anywhere outside of Miami! Sophia was a great host and worked with us when our plans changed due to the weather. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfy, everything was easy as can be. We highly recommend this place when your travels bring you to this great town!

We absolutely loved Matt’s place. It was so spacious for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There was plenty of storage. Having a half bath on the first floor was great so you didn’t have to walk up the steps all of the time. The location was nice and felt safe, even walking back from the Bardstown (?) area at night. Here’s a tip: pick up Ubers at the bar next door vs on the main road. It’s safer and easier to locate. But don’t worry, we never heard any noise from the bar. It’s a quick ride to downtown. Matt’s welcome book was the most thorough we’ve ever had. It was easy to follow and we enjoyed playing the arcade games. We will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to our friends.

We loved this area of town! Walkable and lots of restaurants and places to shop. Street noise in the bedroom is loud but nothing our sound machine couldn’t solve. Beautiful and very clean place!

Accurate to description. Plenty of extra towels/blankets/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, nice laundry accommodations, miscellaneous items on hand, even a stocked "junk drawer" with things you always forget to pack.

This is such a charming space! I loved the historic building, and that from the moment you walk into the lobby you are surrounded by style and beauty. The host was extremely responsive, and the suite was perfect. I'm giving bonus points for the wall-to-wall windows leading onto the patio. When I arrived, it was cold and there was still a lot of snow left, so enjoying the rooftop patio wasn't possible, but the river view from inside was amazing. Highly recommend this space and the hosts.
