Monthly Rentals in Santa Monica Beach

I stayed in this apartment for six weeks. I liked it so much that it was hard to leave. It's spacious, bright, and breezy, even when it's scorching hot outside. It has everything I needed: a fully equipped kitchen, large-screen TV, speedy WIFI, Washing machine/dryer, armchairs, dining table...etc. It's located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but all amenities are within walking distance, so it's perfect for someone who wants to be active during the day but sleeps soundly at night. Richard and Terrie were very welcoming and responsive and but I hardly communicated with them because there was no need to.

I stayed at Rita’s lovely guest home for 6 weeks when I first moved to LA. It was the perfect spot to land — cozy, homey, and beautiful. Her garden is spectacular and was a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day. Rita was so kind and made me feel right at home. The street parking was easy — there was usually a spot right on the street in front of the house and the few times there wasn’t there was one within a block or two. The location is absolutely fantastic! Walkable to the canals, the beach, and shops. I absolutely recommend staying with Rita, whether it be a quick trip or a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with harmony of natural colors, w/attention to little details we loved. It’s spacious, w/lots of natural light. We loved the soft carpet, well stocked kitchen, big bed, the walk-in closet w/lots of hangers & drawers. Good size bathroom, w/ large drawers underneath the sink. Excellent wifi. Immaculately clean. Very well located, a few blocks from the beach and Main Street, in a quiet street. Tranquil view to the charming condo patio w/pool and a big tree. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Every one we met in the elevator or laundry room was very nice. The gym could use some more ventilation, and the elliptic needs repair, but that’s not in the owner’s hands. We adapted so overall it served its purpose. The host is super attentive. You can tell she loves her place and takes very good care of the apartment and her guests. We had a few questions the first days, and she answered promptly and efficiently. We'll be back!

The location is quiet close to the beach. The studio is well equipped with a small kitchen and a shower room. The studio is renovated with nice furniture. I had a good stay and see you soon. Thank U Evander.
