Vacation rentals with a pool in Santa Monica Beach

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

I really enjoyed staying at this house. When we arrived the house was super clean and organized. The host provided many things other air bnbs don’t. Very good communication.I am recommending this house and definitely coming back

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

Exactly as advertised. Great hosts. I would utilize again in a heartbeat when in the area.

Lovely stay in Reseda at Kylie’s home that has space to host a lot of people. We were a group of 11 and felt like we had a lot space to sleep and hang out. Each room has a decent amount of bathrooms too so you’re not waiting long for your turn to shower either which I liked. This would be a great place for bigger families and little children as well given the amount of space each room had. The check in and check out process was easy, not much that we had to do for checkout just the trash and dishes. We didn’t end up using the pool but it is a truly massive pool again very family friendly or for large groups.

I recently stayed at The Loft in Los Angeles, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by how beautiful and impeccably decorated the space was. Cleanliness was top-notch—the loft was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

I highly recommend this downtown LA space. Super safe and quiet building. Pristine apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The host is super helpful and responds quickly and completely to inquiries. If this place is available on my next visit to LA I'm booking it first.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

We had a great stay. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It had everything for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, lots of pillows and bedding. Easy to use tvs in every room. Would highly recommend. The house is gorgeous with an amazing view with lots of seating and pool towels. Lyndall was so helpful and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely return!

Talia's space is so beautiful and she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It was a ton of fun, nicely appointed, and in a great location for beach, boardwalk and pier hangs. The configuration REALLY worked well for us, but do note (maybe an oversight on my part) that the two bedrooms are not attached and have separate entries. This was awesome for us but if you have kiddo's maybe this wouldn't be so awesome. Enjoy the heated salt water swims!

Daniel’s place was perfect! Just enough space for our family of 3. The backyard with the pool was the most perfect private oasis. Daniel was super communicative and always friendly! Highly recommend; from now on whenever we’re in LA Daniel’s place will be our preferred place to stay!

Shannon's place is hands down the most beautiful airbnb I've ever stayed at, both inside and out. The views off the patio and the pool deck are unmatched, and the interior is thoughtfully furnished with quality designer items. Everything was perfect. Shannon is an incredibly responsive host who has done a lot of work to make her home accessible and open to guests. This is a one of a kind property with an amazing energy.

My favorite AirBnb ever! I’m so relieved that beautiful Beachwood Canyon, the hills and Hollywood are completely unaffected by the fires. You’d never know there were any here. It’s my 2nd stay at the amazing Beachwood Bungalow and I’d never stay anywhere else. It’s like staying at a luxe 5 star Mediterranean villa—with total privacy and your own giant patio with sitting area. Not to mention the stunning jacuzzi and old tropical Hollywood landscaping. I never wanted to leave!

Very clean and Gina helped us get an early check in which was very appreciated with our early morning trip. The house had a great layout and our crew had a great time coming from Minnesota to enjoy the Rose Bowl!
