Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

What more could you want than this view and this gorgeous beach all to yourself most mornings and evenings! Sleeping with the sound of the waves… this was a great space for our family, for the kids to swim, for meals in the kitchen and coffee on the balcony. We would love to come back again. This is my 3rd time staying in the gorgeous Oceanfront Villa. The view of the ocean from every room is spectacular, just what my soul needs during these stressful times. When I first arrive I collapse from the long flight from Los Angeles, watch the sunset and allow the sounds of the waves to lull me to relax more than any other vacation spot I have found. This time I invited 2 of my closest friends and Katrina’s recommendations for dinners were outstanding ( we love Mona, Ode to the Elephant and Tamboo which catered to all of our different diets). We love Rincon and the Thursday night ArtWalk and restaurants and nightlife. What is special about Katrina and her villa, is that she takes such pride in updating it, keeping it running to the best of her ability and keeping one informed if something happens on the island ( power outage, etc) that is out of her control. I feel very lucky to have gotten to meet this Super Host, and enjoy this exceptional villa year after year.

Our family of 6 (three adults and kids aged 2, 4 and 11) had a wonderful week at Peter and Aleida's beautiful beachfront home. The location was spectacular. The beach out front was beautiful and utilized every day. The house was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We did not have any issues finding the house. The house is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Peter and Aleida were extraordinarily responsive to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay. Dolores was very responsive and flexible. We had a great time. The PH was very cleaned, linens, bathrooms, floors, the outdoor area. We really enjoyed the evenings playing games and looking at the ocean. It was very relaxing.

Great location. Very short walk to restaurants/bars/and beach. Less than a mile drive to almost everything in Rincõn. Private pool/patio/outdoor shower is great. No problems parking at all. Very safe location as well. Would highly recommend, and would stay again. Erick was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The real highlights of the property were the stunning view of the sea and the pool. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery every morning was a treat, and the pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Overall, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views.

I can't recommend this listing and location enough! The little cottage community was quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells and sea critters. My family loved playing in the pool... and although it was a shared pool, it never was busy and rarely had people in it. The listing had everything we needed - full size fridge, electric cook top, air fryer - we bought drinks and food for breakfast/lunch and ate dinner at whatever beach we went to for the day. Comfy bed, comfy love seat, and comfy chairs to sit outside on. Melissa was amazing as well - literally would respond back within minutes and was so helpful. We try to travel to new places when we get a chance and not repeat locations but we can't wait to come back here! Also highly recommend asking Melissa for her favorite beaches, restaurants, and places to go.... they were all top notch!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

I’m glad I had read reviews as the only issue almost had was finding it at 2 AM however, as long as you enter Aguada by the sea as your location? You’ll have no problems. The place was wonderful. We swam in the pool, which was great. We did not go in the water at the beach there however we did go down and hang out on the beach for a while. We also went to other area beaches. We did do a little bit of cooking inside. There were three of us and it was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed having the extra beach chairs there that we could take with us when we went to the other beaches the host also let us know about a local market that we went to on Thursday, which was a really good time. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We enjoyed it. We hope to be back soon.

If I could give Rithy a ten I would, The place is just as described and then some. The grounds are stunning and you can see the results of the love and care. Rithy went above and beyond for me when I had to go to the hospital during my stay. He treated me like family and I will be forever grateful I hope to return to this paradise soon.

We loved this place for our family of 5. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The patio is where we spent most evenings after dark. The pool was refreshing and the views and privacy are endless.

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront house in Cabo Rojo! The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the porch was unforgettable. The house was spotless and well taken care of, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell the hosts put thought into the space. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

My family loved this spot. It was perfect for two kids and a couple. My sons adored the deck and the stairs into the water. Elizabeth made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. This is a great spot to recharge your batteries and launch your beach adventures. The beds are unusually comfortable for an Airbnb and we were able to cook meals in the kitchen, which even had sharp knives.

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon!
