This place was a fantastic stay. Centrally located and close walk to the beach while providing so much peace and quiet. The bed was on of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at in an Airbnb. If felt more like a home then an Airbnb. Everything we could need was in the apartment, including laundry detergent. If anything, Aubrey undercharges for this spot. It was lovely and I will stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Great vacation home with a very nice view. We enjoyed 14 days of sunny weather and that at Christmas. Our hangover was also welcome. Erwin and Liliane are two older and super friendly gentlemen. You will be welcomed with welcome drinks and homemade cakes. The delivery service with fresh baguette every morning is of course great. We were able to do many MTB tours from there. The apartment furnishings themselves are a bit outdated. But otherwise highly recommended.

Olga's house and the place where it is located are enchanting. The house is spacious, clean and fully furnished. The pool is heated. In person is better than in photos. thank you for your hospitality.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's place. It's very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Guillaume is a very friendly and pleasant person and his home is really perfect for short and long stays. The location is convenient, central and quiet and the apartment is well maintained and super equipped. Nothing is missing and the cleanliness is impeccable. There are many parking lots in the surrounding areas, both free and for a fee. As a book devourer, I can't help recommending a visit to the bookstore under the apartment, especially if you have young children. I saw that on Saturday they organize group readings for children and families and the environment is really welcoming. Thank you, you can see all the love there is in what you do!

Alain is an amazing man with very high personal culture. You can count on him in every situation. I was welcomed very nicely and pleasantly surprised by what I found in the fridge. Thank you Alain. The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance between the sea and the main Cote D'Azur main road. Far better on the inside than the outside. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and view of the sea. Great base in Villefranche for all the places to visit and choice of public transport. One trip is not enough.

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

Stéphane is very friendly, kind, available, responsive to the slightest problem: broken washing machine, replaced right away... CONGRATS! Fruits from her garden were waiting for us🍋🍊 We will be sure to contact him again if we return to the area to discover other sites. The apartment is great, spacious, functional and nothing is missing... dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedding is of very good quality. The terrace is nice to relax, have an aperitif and even a small meal... we had a good time there. The garage is a BIG PLUS when everything is paid for in the CHIN especially during the feast 🍋 where places are scarce. The residence is quiet, very clean and well secured at all levels. Shops are close to the rental: Intermarché, pharmacy, grocery store and so on... We don't need to take the car out. Everything can be visited on foot, on the Italy side, as well as on the Nice side. Highly recommend this apartment +++

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very well equipped: electric roller shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Ideal for a family. The space is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc and the TV in the living room is large and there are the Netflix accounts already set up for guests in several languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!
