Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Imperia

Great value for money. Big and clean apartment, which has everything one might need. A free parking space is right in front of the house. Dogs are allowed. Very easy to check in and to check out. Antonietta is a nice and attentive host. The apartment is located a little bit uphill, which wasn't a problem for my parents (both over 60). A big supermarket (Coop) is nearby. It has nothing to do with the apartment, but if you are planning a beach vacation, keep in mind that almost all beaches in Sanremo are not free and pretty expensive. There are two free beaches close to the apartment, one is not very clean, another one (Bagni Rinaldo) is small, more suitable for kids and closes at 19 o'clock.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you need (great bed for my 2-year-old daughter!). The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet and restful place in the middle of nature. A small village equipped with everything you need (groceries, bar, pharmacy, etc.) is just a few minutes away by car. Isolde and Stanley are perfect owners, extremely kind and responsive. I highly recommend it and won't hesitate to go back.

This place is ideal for exploring Sanremo. It’s in a great location and very central yet tucked away in a quiet street and surprisingly quiet. Everything works perfectly.

Alessandro has a very well located apartment, very quiet place in a pretty city, where you can find everything you need, Accessible by bus, as much from France , as to visit the villages of the hinterland or the Ligurian coast very nice decoration,you feel at home........... i recommend it, and thank Allessandro for his responsiveness

Dolceaqua is a great place , especially for those who wants to travel around. during our 6 days stay we visited Monaco (great experience), Sanremo (beautiful contrasting city), ghost village (the old town of dolceaqua is much more worth though) . best kidsfriendly beach for us was near sanremo. Lovely place!! We had a wonderful time here. Valeria is an amazing host, super friendly and helpful. Thanks to her we found a place for NYE, we were able to experience a bit of their local traditions. Absolutely worth exploring the surrounding towns, a beautiful hidden region with breathtaking views. The spa was relaxing, we had massages by Roberta who truly is a special soul!

It was a very pleasant stay, without any problems. It is a small apartment equipped with all the comforts, modern and very clean, located 15 minutes from the center and a 10-minute walk from the free beach Tre Ponti. Convenient access to the bike path that runs along the sea and connects all of Sanremo. The only downside is the lack of a useful balcony in summer to spread out towels to dry, but there is still space in the house to do it. Highly recommended!

Had a great vacation with two family friends.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

Very Beautiful and relaxing place. We loves the upper kitchen space. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything to enjoy great cooking evenings. The patio has a great view. Reaching the apartment by car is quite difficult bus also possible with a pickup and a van.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Apartment in the center in front of Teatro Ariston. The house located on the top floor, with an elevator, enjoys a beautiful view. Spacious,bright, and comfortable bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Cute kitchen and bathroom. Good supply of basic products. Isabella is a very sweet and helpful person. When we arrived, she welcomed us very well . The thought of the Easter egg is very much appreciated. She was also thoughtful and friendly at checkout. Highly recommended to everyone. A truly unique experience for a dream place. Thanks to Carlotta who welcomed us with extreme kindness, and made us feel comfortable. The house had all the comforts, well beyond expectations, located between truly evocative places. A crazy sea even in winter, which made the desire for a unfortunately impossible swim, given the period. We hope to be able to repeat this experience in the future too... Marco

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and practical, we travel by way to our destination in Slovenia and enjoy a night of the apartment. The location is great, close to everything to walk, it has a garage that is very practical for what the city is. The apartment is not missing anything and both Maria (who made us the check-in and check-out) and Lucia, always very attentive to our needs. 100% recommended
