Beautiful complex, very hospitable family, warm and prompt communication. The location is a bit remote, but feasible for good drivers in narrow streets. Pool and garden are top and very well maintained, a place to feel comfortable, the sounds of the nearby highway bridge are all the Beautiful to be neglected. We can highly recommend the place. Ideal for families.

I stayed here for three weeks from Nov 10 till Dec 1 with my two little girls and my mom. The house was very clean and matched the description. The location is very good and there is a partial sea view. The yard is very nice and there was a lot of place for parking. The host was very responsive with the problem that was quickly solved. Overall I recommend you to choose this home if you are looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

Our week's stay at Hervé's was really wonderful. We arrived on a beautiful sunny day and were greeted by Hervé who had a full brunch laid out for us which we enjoyed on his gorgeous terrace with sea views. The house is amazingly equipped and Hervé left enough coffee capsules for our stay as well as welcome wines and chocolates. We have grown up children do the TV with Prime and Netflix was great. There is so much to do in and around Nice and like all the reviews we took the tram, parking for free at the station a few minutes down the road. I really recommend the coastal walks. We did the Cap D'Ail to Monaco which was stunning. We also did a lovely hike near Gourdon. All in all it was a perfect stay!
