We loved this home. It was budget friendly and beautiful. The host was very accommodating and kind.

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

Worth every penny. Exactly as pictured and John is super responsive. You could stay at this Airbnb all day or walk 5minutes down to the beach. Breakfast and coffee is a 2minute walk up the street and there was a pack n play, and high chair as well as beach chairs and umbrella perfect for family gatherings as well!

Excellent stay in a beautiful beach house. Johanna's hospitality really made us feel at home. The place was spotless and had everything we could've possibly needed. Highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The property's highlight is the terrace – it’s spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxation. I especially loved the comfortable hammock, which made it an ideal spot to unwind after a day out. There are also dining tables on the terrace, making it great for enjoying meals outdoors while taking in the fresh air. There is a rental shop right on the ground floor. It’s perfect for anyone looking to hit the waves! However, it’s worth noting that it can get a bit noisy during the day due to the activity at the shop, but after 5 PM, it becomes much quieter and very peaceful. Overall, this place is a gem – comfortable, well-located, and with an amazing terrace that I’ll miss! Highly recommend!

Even though PR had a massive blackout and the house didn’t have a generator because the area usually has no power shortage problems, we left and came back because the house is very cozy and spacious, and Dave was always available to address our concerns.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Stopped here for a beach trip during our PR vacation and was very happy with our choice. The space has a lovely outdoor balcony, is within a stones throw from the beach and has a trendy coastal interior. We were so comfortable here and Cristina was very easy to get into contact with. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Golden Girls! The view is amazing, and it was clean. The theme of the place is cute! All pink ! :) I would say that if you plan on cooking a lot (which was not our case), the kitchen is equiped, but small, and there is no table and chairs to eat (but a great couch with a coffee table that can do the job). Just for the view and the sounds of the waves, it was well worth it! Thanks!

We loved this tiny blue house. It has everything you need to have a great vacation. Wonderful place, clean and beautiful. Excellent host! Definitely will stay again.

Arnoldo’s place was great! The hammock was perfect to relax with morning coffee & in the evening after a day at the beach or exploring the island! The view was just as shown in the pictures, gorgeous! The surrounding area was very quiet & very safe! Jobos beach is our favorite & just down the street! The condo has everything the listing says it has & was a great place to enjoy the 2nd half of our stay in Puerto Rico!
