Apartment vacation rentals in Río San Juan

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Jannely and Gleny were absolutely amazing!! Questions answered quickly. Always available to help and give suggestions. The surrounding area is clean and people are friendly. The condo is so beautiful and well decorated. Will definitely coming back this year. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. You have been amazing.

Great oceanfront apartment in the bustling town of Cabarete. Super location on the water in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, night spots and water sports all along the coast line. Maarja was a great host, super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!!

My family and I were very comfortable in Ronaldo's apartment. He also has good customer service and is very family friendly. The location of the apartment is incredible. The only downside for us was that it doesn't have private parking and we should park on the front street. And of course we would return to this property.

Apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Prestine beach is located across the main road and through a beautiful garden. Carmen was wonderfull and extremely accommodating.

The best place in town

I enjoyed my stay at Charlotte’s rental property. I have never stayed at an Air B&B that had everything I needed. This place was very clean and I cook as a hobby and I tell you that the kitchen was equipped with everything that anyone could want in a kitchen from toaster, blender,coffee maker microwave, portable oven and electric kettle kitchen utensils and towels and it also had extra towels blankets sheets and hangers. So you don’t have to use the same towel after showering. Charlotte was very nice and welcoming and very pleasant she is a great host and I look forward to staying at her property on my return. Thank You Charlotte for a great pleasant stay.

The place is simply amazing! I went with a group of friends and it was wonderful!

Me and my fiancé had a great time staying at Monica’s place, we really enjoyed the outdoors area that was pretty well kept. There was an area for us to do our daily workouts and yoga, pool was great and the neighbors were very friendly. The only issues we had was a water leak that came from the toilet, it was taken care of right away. We also purchased the ATV that they offer which had a bit of a left pull to it but we enjoyed it. Overall we had fun and I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. A place near the beautiful beaches of Sosua, just a few minutes' drive away. The place is as shown in the photos and fully equipped, both Catalina and Elaine were very receptive and with excellent recommendations for a wonderful stay! This apartment is everything it is described as. Clean and Modern with an amazing peaceful environment. Easy to walk anywhere you want to go. I would definitely stay here again.

I have been to Anna’s home before and my stay was nothing short of amazing.

Hotel is right on Pedro Clisante so there is a lot to do within walking distance. The bar downstairs is really nice and the bartenders are friendly. Room was also very spacious and had a nice view of the pool.

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, close walk to the beach & restaurants, smelled great, and absolutely spotless clean! The owner and neighbors were incredibly welcoming and sweet!

Daret was a very accommodating host. We had booked a room on the ground floor and because it was too dark for me I had asked for another room. A few minutes later, she offered us an alternative and we even had a balcony overlooking the sea at no extra charge! I'm very grateful for that. The room had everything you could ever need. Kitchen as well as fridge and espresso machine. The bathroom and shower are great and there was a hair dryer. The only thing you need to know is that the property is on the street and it can be noisy at night due to the vehicles. Otherwise, you are directly at the sea. There is a beautiful beach right outside the door. In addition, you can also eat delicious food at Daret's place. We are more than happy to recommend.

Excellent place , close to everything, the very communicative host, on my next trip , I want to stay in this place .
