The apartment is very beautiful, bright, and well-decorated. Everything was clean, nothing was missing, and everything was working well (my only criticism was that the TV had very few channels available, which was a bit of an issue to keep my young child entertained while we were there). It is located right in front of the ocean (although you can't access the water in that area), and you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves all the time. In fact, for sleeping, it's like therapy! It is situated in a very peaceful area, away from the center, although you can reach Sosua and Cabarete in just a few minutes by car. The host is proactive and responds quickly.

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Since the apartment doesn't include a kitchen, I believe it's suitable for one or two nights, which is how long I stayed there. Although the host had a local person waiting for us and giving us directions, it was a little challenging to find using the GPS. Additionally, it was a little difficult to control the hot water. I can highly recommend staying at this apartment/room aside from those two concerns.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!

Bob is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. the location of the villa is very convenient. there is a great pizza/Italian place just a short walk away. the private beach is very quiet and relaxing as well, also a 5 minute walk from the house. THIS WAS AN AMAZING PLACE, Exactly what I needed and worth every penny. The host was Super responsive and understanding, the place is spacious, The place has a manual with recommendations of places nearby to visit , restaurants, emergency numbers, I absolute love that this place recommends a trustworthy cab to drive you to your destination, specially if you don’t know the area and Don’t have a car and don’t want to just get a random cab from the area, the area is quiet , the neighbors are nice, there is a small market one block from the house and big supermarket about 3 blocks away, super convenient, The house is well secured, all the rooms have locks on the window excluding the locks from the actual doorsWe felt extremely safe staying at this place, all the rooms are on the second floor, The place fits 2 cars which is amazing, Everything is exactly how it is described, I Will def be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone, This was a lovely home.

This villa is beautiful. Very neat and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable for my family of 10 people. Mildred was very welcoming and responsive. Amazing, pristine , clean beach. We loved everything about our stay at Edilio and Mildred’s place. Would definitely stay there again.

this is an excellent studio apartment and I highly recommend it. five stars. who is well appointed, clean and centrally located. All amenities were in walking. distance: shopping, restaurants, transportation the beach. everything is right there at your fingertips while living in a traditional Dominican neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this.

Marleny is a great host. She's very attentive to all your needs. my flight didn't leave until 430pm but the check out time is 11am. i asked if i could extend until 2pm. she checked to see if the room were reserved. it wasn't and she said no problem. the condo is well maintained and in a great location, about 5 minutes walking distance from everything but still quiet. the beach is less than a minute walking distance. i'm definitely staying here again and would recommend it to anyone. also, i met the owner before i was leaving today. he seemed great guy.
