I had the most amazing stay at Shaun’s property! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a spotless, cozy space that felt like home. The attention to detail was impressive—everything from the beautiful decor to the thoughtful amenities made it clear that Shaun truly cares about his guests. The location was perfect—close to all the local attractions, but tucked away in a peaceful spot, allowing for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches like fresh towels and clean home. Shaun was an exceptional host, always available to answer questions but also gave me the privacy I needed. Their local tips really helped me make the most of my time in the area. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for another stay! Thanks, Shaun for making my trip unforgettable!

I had a wonderful stay this is my eighth time going to Puerto Plata and this was hands-down the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The neighbourhood is lovely. It’s close to shops and restaurants. It is a very walkable area in the city. There are two big grocery stores nearby nothing walking distance. Beautiful view from the rooftop loved the little pool on the roof. The bar was fantastic Joanna had all the favourites stocked up absolutely loved the Jacuzzi tub. It was so nice to enjoy these relaxing amenities when having downtime during our trip, we will definitely be back again. <3

Noah, thank you for giving us the opportunity to use your home during this past week! It is a lovely space; modern finishes, comfortable, and in a fantastic location that I plan on visiting again. Darwin is an amazing young man, and I feel lucky to make his acquaintance. He went above and beyond as the host's representative.

Riin is a wonderful host with a wonderful place! Her place forms part of the nicest and safest place to stay in Cabarete with only 10-15min walk to the beach. Highlights of the stay were the Yoga Lounge and the Pool. At night you can enjoy the amazing jungle sounds from an abundance of insects in the surroundings. I also chose to work from her place and with the internet even heavy work like building websites and having lots of Teams calls the internet was functional. Riin herself was always responsive and helpful. She knows so many people and places and can recommend you to literally anything and anyone. I felt super welcome 🙏 You can meet scooters at her place which are perfect for vistiting other places close by. All in all 💯 recommended!!! PS: She also has an even nicer camp and location at Buen Hombre, about 3 hours from Cabarete. Make sure to check out her Airbnb Profile to see the amenities. It’s the perfect place if you want to do kitesurfing.

At the last minute Rafelina opened her place to me and 3 other guests. They prior place we choose was far below our expectations in cleanliness, organization, and overall preparedness. I booked with Rafelina around 6pm and was set up and in our rental before 7pm. Thank you Rafelina and Staff!

We loved staying at this property. It's a quiet and safe place. Perfect for groups of friends or families. Great place to connect with nature. All areas of the house were impeccably clean. The girl who welcomed us to check in was very friendly and was willing to help us as much as possible. Thank you very much Maribel for all your help, you were an important part of making us all comfortable and safe. We'll be back soon!

My family had a great month long stay at the condo and didn't want to leave the place. It's fully equiped for long stays with all you need for cooking, in house laundry, comfy beds, cold ACs, smart TV, etc. The pool area has a kids shallow section which my 12 month old loved and the two security dogs, Titan and Matilda are sweet. Patty, the property manager is awesome and is quick to respond and sort out anything you need, she even had a full body mirror custom made as my wife requested it. Highly recommended for your stay in the Cabarete/ Encuentro area.

Beautiful location and we're very happy that we booked this stay. We had a vacation booked at a resort in Amber Cove and Ryan was great in picking us up (extra charge, but great convenience), giving us a tour guide style ride to the location, and then showing us around the property. The location is beautiful, great views, and a great experience to learn about cacao and the chocolate making process. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a safe experience in the local culture and mountains. Note: While everything is clean and safe, this is still a farm and some of the amenities are of the more rustic experience. The price is well worth it, but it is not a luxury hotel.

Enjoyed our month here. It's located on a peaceful and safe plaza right beside the beach. Christopher is a very genuine and responsive. I didn't get the cleaners name but she's also exceptional. I highly recommend getting up early to watch stunning sunrises on the beach! All the best guys!

Richie was friendly, very helpful, always able to contact him if we needed anything and he did it right away. Richie went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed, great guy to deal with. The staff that looked after things including Francis ( grounds and pool) Nayelyn ( cleaning) and Freddy Maintenance man ) were all so friendly, polite and a pleasure to talk to. The grounds and pool were both expansive and well maintained, excellent for our dog. Great place to stay.

This place is fantastic! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor living areas so much. It's organized well to cultivate good conversations and relationships. The kids had plenty to do to entertain themselves, like a basketball court, the pool, and the pool table. Nicolas, the host, was so kind and was always willing to get us whatever we needed. He makes the experience so much better. He and a woman from the community cooked the most delicious meals for us, and we all enjoyed the food. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Hands down best Airbnb I’ve ever been to! It was the most peaceful place I’ve stayed in and had so many personal touches. My children loved the animals, and we were even bought fresh milk and they were allowed to ride the horses. The pool was great to have, and the views from pretty much every room were incredible! I can’t wait to come back to this place!

It's a place to stay with everything you might need. You will feel at home because it has all the necessary amenities. Lumy and Francisco's attentions are excellent and always attentive to any questions you have. I would definitely stay there again when I get back to Puerto Plata.
