Monthly Rentals in Richmond Hill

Our stay at the blue house was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a weekend in Richmond Hill. The hosts were responsive all all of our needs were met.

We have stayed with Linda several times. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to I 95. Every time we have stayed there we can see that Linda continues to make a little improvements. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is very nice for one person, perhaps even two if you want to get away. Location is situated very nicely and away from major roads and streets. Would definitely come again.

Very thankful for Bradley and Danielle for hosting my 45 day getaway from the cold weather of the Midwest. The neighborhood is beautiful with a phenomenal walking area that has many nearby parks, very little traffic on smaller streets and Daffin park nearby, which I used for several runs and roller blades. The location is near where most of my interests were relating to tennis. The guesthouse was in the backyard with a neat entrance where you lock the gate. The backyard had good amount of room and looked great. I didn’t use it that match except to walk through to throw the garbage out. The guesthouse had a small space for a kitchen, bathroom with a toilet and sink, and kitchen with a small sink, microwave and a medium sized fridge. There was a twin bed I believe, cabinet and a table. The Wi-Fi speed was great. I was able to perform my remote work, rest, sleep, walk around neighborhood and explore Savannah. For my needs, this guesthouse and its hosts were excellent. See you in 2025!
