Hovanes's is an excellent apartment on the outskirts of Yerevan. While the location comes with some inconveniences (getting to the city centre during peak hours can take over half an hour, there is construction outside the window), the comparatively low price, the high quality construction and furnishing (with great sound isolation), and the presence of a fitness centre (Reebok) and Supermarket within walking distance makes it worth it.

The owners were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and for providing such a fantastic space for guests to enjoy.
