Villa Jaco was like paradise every time we looked out the window and saw the ocean! The unit itself was very comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. We made use of the pools, barbeque areas and pool table that were always accessible and well maintained. We appreciated the security surrounding the Villa and never felt nervous about touring the streets of Jaco. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mouxh Gratis !

Great location. Safe, great restaurants and groceries just steps away. Beautiful views from the 16th floor. Fabulous balcony for watching sunsets and drinks. Everything g about Viva Jaco was perfect. New, clean, spacious, beautiful bedding and towels. The AC and shower water pressure worked great. TV was large and we had access to news and our Netflix. The outside pools and gym and amenities were super. This condo is perfect and if it’s available I’d book it fast. During our one month stay in Costa Rica this was our favorite stay.

Look no further for a perfect Jaco stay! Pictures, description and reviews don’t do this condo justice! Even better in person! After a disaster at another booking, we found this property, Jamie replied almost instantly and was kind enough to let us check in early. That was beyond appreciated! Absolutely perfect location in Jacó, garden level with perfect patio and just steps through patio gate to perfectly maintained pool area, set high enough to oversee the beach, without dealing with beach goers. If beach is your perfect day, again, literally steps to beach areas. The condo itself is just perfect - tucked in first floor corner so zero noise from other guests, decor is darling! Well equipped kitchen to bathrooms with great lighting (ladies)! Beds, bedding perfect; and blackout shades in bedrooms. The gym was top notch, worked out daily, and the roof top deck has the best views in Jaco for sunsets. Do not hesitate to book this property! We will absolutely be back next year!

The location was perfect. In the middle of everything you need from restaurants, bars, super market, right infront of the beach and the pool was easily accessible.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building is well managed and has a lovely pool and beach access. We would stay again for sure. One minor irritation was regular loud music coming from the Best Western nextdoor; however they kept it quiet before 10 am and after 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us but may bother some.

Great place to stay! It has everything you need, a view of the waves, and a short walk to the beach! Lots of good restaurants and cafes in the area too

Acqua is a beautiful spot. Our hosts were very helpful and super responsive. We loved the peacefulness of the complex, super clean and a great bbq! The unit is super comfortable and very sound proof. Kitchen is well equipped including coffee for our first morning! Jaco has lots to offer, all walkable. We found some great treasures including a local German bakery for sweet treats. All the restaurants and excursions recommended were top notch. We can only say positive things and are very grateful to have found it for our month long stay.

Shelley is an invested host! She offered accurate information about activities and restaurants. Raquel the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful arranging airport transfer and activities. The location is superb – next-door to Crocs resort so you benefit of a quiet private location and pool with a gorgeous view plus a resort style pool and amenities.

Great place to stay. Better than I thought. Great location, excellent amenities. The place is beautiful, well equipped and furnished. Clean. Great views. Recommend 100%. The crew at the building was very welcoming, friendly and willing to help.

Had a great time! The Airbnb was clean, had a lot of amenities and was spacious. Check in and checkout process was quite easy as well. Definitely would recommend!

A short but wonderful stay. Our third time staying here and as always Josefina was a great host allowing us to check in earlier when we got there earlier than expected and greeting us with hugs. Mar Arena condos is a beautiful location right on the best part of the beach in Jaco. You can't go wrong staying here!!

Words can't describe how much we enjoyed our 7 day stay at this place. It was better than described. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of waves. The view was breathtaking. The unit was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Walking distance to everything enjoyable in Jaco. It was so great we didn't want to leave. If you're looking for a breach front place to stay in or near Jaco I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Service and communication were great. The apartment was super beautiful with an amazing view.

The house is very nice and modern, it is fully equipped for what a family with their pet may need. It is decorated with excellent taste and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The condo is very nice, quiet and has very complete and tidy amenities. The location could not be better, as it is 5 minutes from supermarkets and shops, 10 minutes from Marina Los Sueños or 15 minutes from Jacó. We loved it because we felt right at home, I would definitely come back.

Seriously the BEST air b and b. Jose was so kind. He gave us an early check in AND a late check out for FREE since we were worried about leaving luggage in the car while we were on an excursion. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were amazing! loved everything about it! would definitely recommend!

Felt extremely safe. Quiet area but only minutes from the hustle and bustle… what an amazing space, better than pictures, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

Ekaterina’s Condo in Playa Herradura was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the full kitchen and pool. The patio was lovely. Bedrooms had individual AC units and cooled very quickly. Ekaterina provided complete instructions for all that we needed and was very quick to reply. We would definitely visit again!

Christophers place was the highlight of our stay. He was awesome to deal with, quick to respond to any questions/concerns Nice restaurants within walking and driving distance, but tucked away in a nice gated community that felt safe to explore. Our family of four felt right at home here and only regret not staying longer. Can't wait to return!

The host (Marlon) was very responsive and was there when we arrived to welcome us with a high class. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in each of the 3 bedrooms. There are also three standing fans. The pool of the complex near the accommodation with several pools and layout is lovely. We would recommend it without hesitation. If we have a chance, we will come back.

Great location within the condo. We were only confused by the general location it said a few meters from the beach and in another area, but otherwise everything was super good. Attentive Caesar at all times

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!
